The cashiers are nice but me and my dad come there sometimes in the morning we tryed getting coffee and it was out and a week later it was out again overpriced snacks and candy as well plus they don't even clean the place up there's straw wrappers on the floor and counters would never recommend not come back read more

I have been coming to this 7-Eleven for the past 15 years. I will say that I loved the previous ownership, but new management isn't bad at all. This location is directly across the street from a Middle School, and becomes loaded with teenagers when school is out. But this seems to be the only busy time of day when you will have to wait in line. This "Sev" is nice, a little small, but always pretty clean. I rarely see or touch anything that is sticky or smells. I have a disabled son and he loves their Slurpees! He gets them regularly and the staff are all so nice to us and aren't weirded out by his behaviors. The staff have always smiled and greeted us well. They refill Slurpee cups to help us save a couple bucks too. read more

Lazy cashier lady. I bought some items that gave you savings when buying more than 1. So I was given the total and realized it was higher than it should have been right after I paid. I asked about the price and she was like oh you know thats only if you have the 7 Eleven discount program. She didn't bother asking me if I have it. The way I see it is that when store employees are rude, loud and unfriendly, I don't care how close and convenient the store is, I am not going there any more--and I encourage others to not go there either. I have been there on occasion when I have heard a young man yell at a person that wasn't wearing a mask to leave the store and not come back. What caught my attention is that this behavior is not found at Walmart, Smith's, Holiday stores, Chevron or Maverick stores. What appears to be a young man with a chip and a little bit of power bestowed to him by his manager, has gone too far. As I remember someone once said, "Just remember that the toes you are stepping on today might be, indeed, attached to the person you are asking for a favor (or working for) in the future. I encourage everyone to bypass this 7-11 and just drive up the street less than a half a mile in either direction and you will find kind, friendly, employees who value your business and leave this rude 7-11 location alone. read more

If I could leave a worse star rating, I would. After the owner of this 7-11 falsely accused a long time customer of stealing, she became even belligerent when proven wrong. No apology, no shame. I would highly encourage others to go elsewhere. As for me and my family, we won't be patronizing this location ever. read more

I have been visiting this 7 eleven since it opened. i deliver product early mornings in the Lehi area. This was the only place I could stop to find something to eat and park a semi truck. They have been great until a new owner took over this last year. Now the customer service is horrible. They never have anything on the grill and they are rude. The only one that is willing to help is the worker that was from the previous owner. This morning after having a rude experience with the other employee I have decided that I will not return to this 7 eleven. I can take my business somewhere else where I am treated with respect. Adam one of the employees is literally one of the rudest customer services workers I have ever come in contact with in my life. I have gone to this 7 eleven every day for the last year as it is close to home but never again. Today He was publicly rude and then instead of apologizing he kicked me out of the store by "shooing" me out. Wow. I didn't know adults even acted like that, maybe if he was a high schooler I could dismiss it but I literally didn't know that grown adults could be so rude, immature and prideful. read more

You know what you get when you go into a 7-Eleven. Delicious Slurpees to the smell of burnt coffee. I tend to avoid seven-elevens because I don't like talking out smelling like burnt coffee. But nobody has a Slurpee like they do. Just stopped in with my two girls. Introduce them to their very first herpes. And they love them. I tend to mix and match my flavors of Slurpees. I love cherry and coconut. If you're hungry 7-Eleven has a wide variety of items on a heater. Everything from breakfast food like sausage roll Ups 2 lunchtime items like taquitos, little tacos, chicken, hot dogs, and the ultimate Bahama Mama. Seminole ways has a wide variety of soda. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I'd be careful with your cash when paying. Multiple times they have attempted to distract and short change. This place is trash from the leadership down. They are rude and insulting to customers on multiple occasions. I will be filing my third official complaint to 7/11 corporations today. COUNT UR CHANGE!!! The older cashier lady pocketed $10 of our change. When we reported it we thought it would be handled quickly and professionally. Just a simple mistake. Well... Not even close... It took days to get no where and finally after being treated like we lied, we decided it wasn't worth it. Beware and count your change. read more

So sad to say that after going out of our way to patronize this store (for many years) we can no longer give our money to this establishment. What makes me so mad is that we gave thousands of dollars over the years to somebody we did not realize was profiling minorities. Its really rare and we try so hard to give the benefit of the doubt to people. We don't want our kids thinking they are victims. We empower them and make sure we teach them not to judge a book by its cover. This incident however broke us a little bit. So at least we wont be going out of our way for gas and treats anymore. The owner really put her foot in it with this one. She said she wasn't racist and that I didn't know who her family is. Sorry but if you are accusing people of stealing after watching them through the store for no reason what are we supposed to think? My husband was shocked. We are both sad and frustrated by the open hostility she showed even after realizing she was wrong. read more

This 7-11 is the best! They always support our local elementary school with donated free Slurpee coupons, the manager always has a smile on his face, they have very many delicious Slurpee flavors, and they are cool about long lines and crazy kids when their fun free Slurpee or fill your own cup days come along. read more

Can't patronize a business that doesn't treat their customers well or falsely accuses them of stealing.

Before heading on a road trip I stopped at my favorite 7/11 to fill up and grab some snacks. Full tank of gas then went in. At check out the lady says "and the 5 hour energy in your pocket"...It takes me a second to realize what she said as I'm swiping my card and typing in my loyalty number then she says it again...Then I say, "wait, are you accusing me of stealing from you??" She says "yes, let me see, um, you have a 5 hour energy drink in your right pocket". I Turned out my pockets to show her and the only things there are my wallet and my keys. She knew she messed up and instead of apologizing she started aggressively saying "you have a good day now" repeatedly as to shew me away. I was besides myself as I left that that just happened. I asked her if she was owner which she replied "yes, and this is my retirement." Like that makes it okay to falsely accuse me of stealing. What's crazy to me is I've been in this area for 8 years now and there are 5 gas stations closer to my house then this one but I've spent thousands of dollars going out of my way at this location...welp, not anymore. Disappointed and disrespectful owner. I told her to check her video. I hope she does and slaps herself for judging a book by its cover, or you better know KNOW someone stole something before you accuse them. read more

Maggie is amazing! She greets all of her customers as they walk in the door. She genuinely cares about others and loves her employees deeply. It's got a home town feel I am always greated when I walk through the door. Makes you feel like norm from cheers
