I absolutely adore the place, the drinks, food, and the employees that work here. Ofelia, Alexa, & Lilly always offer up advice on Drinks, Pastry's, or even light conversation. It always puts a positive on the beginning of my day heading to work. That's why I'm stunned to happen upon negative reviews about Skimos. I do know this much, that a good review is genuine and a negative one can be exaggerated. That's why I challenge any negative reviewer to give Skimos another chance and I dare you to try the Loco Churro, Pastries, Brownie, Toasts, or simple conversation/menu advice with the girls behind the counter. If you then feel the same way then there is really nothing left to say. Ofelia, Alexa, and Lilly keep the place spotless and to best express how I feel about what Skimos has to offer I say this.
