Hubby got a Vanilla Bean Latte and I got a Vanilla Bean Mocha. We shared a Cinnamon Roll (world's best, IMHO) and the Egg and Cheese Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich. It was $4 to add bacon so we went ahead with it. The Cinnamon Roll is to die for - they sprinkle on some sugar and caramelize it for a crispy crunch that adds to the overall mouth feel. These are very sweet so buyer beware! We balanced the sweet with the savory breakfast sandwich and it was excellent. We love coming here when we are in town. I ordered the Quesa-birria Mexican "Pizza". My food came, but I found I had no silverware. I did not order a drink as the prices were steep, and did not seem appealing either. The "Pizza" was not worth $39, and I definitely will not return. It was bland, but thankfully the birria consomé helped provide "some" flavor. I never saw my waiter again until I asked another random waiter for the bill. He did not ask how the food was or provide any customer service. I did not like the overall feel of this place. Thankfully, the hostesses were kind and welcoming, which is why I am giving an extra star. I checked my bill, and my waiter was Julio R.

The shop had a lot of horror movie themed artwork all over the walls. The art was fun to look at. It was even more fun to see the dates the movies came out. Sometimes it is easy to forget some of the best movies came out back in the 60s, 70s, and 80s. They also had some themed merch for sale. They offered a variety of themed pastries and coffee. The pastries, I was a little disappointed the rice krispy "meat" and cookies were all super rock hard like they were weeks stale. I would have gotten some of them if that wasn't the case. We ended up ordering the jason donut which i was a little leary of what its freshness would be but it was fresh and very good. I typically don't care for donuts unless they are chocolate but I really enjoyed it. The cookies and cream center didn't really taste like cookies and cream but it was still good. I ordered the Gordys home banana mocha latte. The coffee is good and strong. They seem to use a good quality coffee. The mocha was good but for being a banana flavored mocha with banana whipped cream there honestly was hardly any banana flavor to us. That was slightly disappointing as I was expecting there to be a more prominent banana flavor being the whipped cream was supposed to be flavored as well. We also got the scissorhands hazelnut mocha latte. It was pretty good, again not a lot of hazelnut flavor though. For a themed shop I was impressed with the coffee despite not quite having the flavor we were expecting. Typically themed shops are cute but I expect the coffee to not be good because majority of the time it isn't. This place had proved you can have both good coffee and a neat themed shop. If you are a horror movie and coffee enthusiast I definitely recommend checking it out. They offer quite a few fun unique flavored coffees and themed pastries.
