Love this franchise. But this review is for the location inside Planet Hollywood on the strip. Pros: easy to access if you are the tourist, it's right before you hit PH Live theater in the Miracle Mile Shops. Cons: the mall charges parking, even for locals. There are so many cute yet practical stuff in crazy nice prices. Other than coffee products, they also have selections of tea. Too bad they no longer carry the lemon bars which is great mix of sourness and sweetness. Shout out to Angel, who is very sweet and patient. read more

Friendly service, yummy drinks, prices have gotten a little high for what it is. There are no more of these shops in Northern California, so I like visiting other locations whenever I travel! My favorite drink is the ice blended dark chocolate. They don't seem that strong to me so I sometimes add a shot of espresso to help. It always tastes delicious! This location is in the miracle mile. If you enter the mall by Gen (kbbq), go in and veer left. You'll pass the food court, and then keep following the path / mall and coffee bean will eventually be on your right. It's next to Quay. read more

Great little coffee shop located inside the Planet Hollywood Mall. Very friendly staff who are extremely efficient. Long line but moved quickly, typical coffee and tea options. Best spot to get coffee when you're at Planet Hollywood or the Miracle Mile Shops! The line sometimes gets long, especially in the mornings, but I've never had a bad drink here. If you have questions about menu items or have food allergies/dietary restrictions, the staff will gladly check for you as long as there isn't a line forming. Since this location is tucked a bit in the back of the Miracle Mile Shops loop, it often has a much shorter line than the Starbucks closer to the hotels/street. If you're in a rush & need your fix, might save you a bunch of time to walk around to Coffee Bean. Employees are friendly and even though they're often having their own calls with each other, they get your orders out quickly. I've also Never had any mistakes made on my orders here which is an added perk. I am a basic tea drinker so personally I can't speak for flavor on their other options, but I can say that no one has complained when I picked their drinks up from here instead of Starbucks. Needless to say it's on par. read more

We had some extra time to spare, and we decided to get some coffee. I stopped here because I was familiar with this brand of coffee from California. I knew it was really good, but sometimes it can differ from place to place. I must say this specific location keeps their quality to my high expectations! I ended up ordering the snickerdoodle iced coffee. The cashier was so helpful in my decision because I'm always so indecisive. She was very patient with me, I was stuck between the snickerdoodle and the caramel flavor and I ended up going with the snicker doodle, I got it with half of the sweetening powder because she said it was very sweet. I really enjoyed that recommendation because it was the perfect amount of sweet and it was so you'll believe delicious. I even added caramel drizzle with that. I got a large and it came out to about $10, a little pricey, but definitely worth it! The only reason why I gave it four out of five stars is because I wish the location was a little larger with my seating. It's really just a coffee stop where you run up in line order grab a coffee and go, it's not a really good place to sit down and have a nice chat. read more

Posted hours show opening at 7:00 AM. We arrived there at 7:04 AM and it was still closed. I could see someone behind the counter. She finally acknowledged me and said that she wouldn't open until 7:40 because "traffic is bad with the Formula 1 race and I'm the only one here." The race isn't until next week. Traffic has been bad for weeks in preparation for the race. Basically, she failed to plan ahead and leave early so that she could allow time for traffic but still open on time. read more

We stopped in this Coffee Bean quickly on our way to take over Vegas and it was pretty no frills. It's located in a mall and we stopped in before the mall stores were actually open, but CBTL was still open and doin their thing. There was no line when we got there, so that was nice, but it seemed like more people were walking up after we ordered. Our orders (cookie butter latte and a hot tea) came out very quickly and hit the spot. All in all, everything went well here and the servers were nice, but nothing really knocked my socks off. read more

One of the worst Coffee Beans in the system. Angel is nice but has no idea the amount of ingredients in the drinks she serves. The barista is rude and lack the patience and personality to work in a busy environment with face to face customer contact. The food and drinks are good as usual. The service is horrible. So im new to the whole coffee world im still finding myself but just recently I figured out that Lattes are sent from the heavens above lol but I couldn't find ANY where with a good one since the one good one i had in denver at Ziggis coffee. But after visiting the greatest coffee makers in the world Sara & Nat IM IN LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Ive been searching for this for months and now i have an EVEN better coffee shop to go to !!! I get my usual Iced White Chocolate Mocha from here and they always make it to perfection. The ladies are friendly and kind. I made it a minute before they closed one time and they still made drinks for my child and I. Appreciate it! I minus a star because I always tell them to be light with the ice for their smoothies, but they tend to still put a lot of ice which makes it hard to drink. Also, they sometimes put whip cream even though I tell them beforehand not to. Still, I will continue to come back. read more

Whenever I am on the West Coast, I must get the coffee Bean and tea leaf. I just love their coffee. You can't go wrong with any option here, I typically get a hazelnut iced coffee. I love their pebbled ice and the purple straws. I love the coffee bean and tea leaf because their iced coffee isn't bitter like a corporation that has green in their logo...their beverages just taste really good. Their iced blended beverages are really good as well. My daughter had a chocolate chip cookie and really enjoyed it. read more

The hours here are definitely inconsistent as sometimes they'll open at 7, 8, or 7:30. Otherwise, it's fine in a quick fix as there is only this place and Starbucks in the Miracle Mile shops for a coffee fix. I came "early" (7:30) before they opened one day and the employees yelled at me that they were not open yet. read more

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf! I was looking forward to grabbing some coffee on the strip, but all of the coffee is hiked up and overpriced. So I settled here inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood. Basic coffee was around 4 bucks, and my regular sized Matcha Horchata was a whopping $7. My drink was okay it caught my eye, and I just had to try it for the best of both worlds.. next time I think I'm better off keeping it separate. I love Viet coffee and its strong roasts and creamy condensed milk. Where I live has a LOT of top tier Viet coffee and this place met my expectations. Their Cafe Hu Iced Coffee (Viet coffee with salted caramel) was solid. My usual go to Egg Coffee (egg cream topped Viet coffee) was excellent. I forgot to ask for half sweet as I usually do but it wasn't overly sweet, which was great. Service was fast and friendly. Will be back again

The unique thing about this Happy Lemon is they have a monster size for drinks, which is larger than their already large drink! We ordered a mango green tea with mango agar boba (they offer mango popping boba with this drink as an option) and green tea with salted cheese and boba. The mango green tea also comes only in either half sweet or 100% sweet (no 3/4 or 75% sweetness). It was very refreshing and I enjoyed the mango fruit bits. Service was incredibly warm and friendly! I would highly recommend Happy Lemon!
