It's unfortunate Seattle/Southcenter doesn't have a Hello Kitty Cafe. I don't want to stand in an arduous line at their pop-up truck either. That means Vegas will get my dollars instead. It's an easy pit stop at the north end of the NYNY property. I've been to the one at Fashion Show mall and while I enjoy the air conditioning I like this location more because it's in a fun walkable area and closer to the amenities that fit my needs. The line isn't too bad during the winter time (I'm a fan of LV's December weather and Christmas vibes). June-August is a different story though since it's summer vacation. It's brutally hot and the line can be long. I've tried their desserts. They're not phenomenal. Let's be real though, they're just nice for photos ops. I'm here mainly for the unique merch. I just have to make sure I have enough space in my luggage for a shopping haul. read more

Fun place to grab a cute drink, take pictures, and buy limited Hello Kitty merch. Definitely one of those spots you stop at while you're in Vegas just because it's Hello Kitty. But honestly, outside of the aesthetic, there's not really much that stands out about it. It just didn't really feel like an experience to me.. I think if it had been an actual walk-in store like the Coca-Cola or M&M store across the street, it would've been way more memorable. The strawberry lemonade was very refreshing in 116° weather! I wish they had a larger size portion. For about $7 a cup, it's not bad. The merchandise was quite pricey, $72 for a sweater! My inner kid at heart was so thrilled to finally check this off my bucket list! HELLO KITTY CAFE!! Well, honestly, it's more like a food stand (food truck) but it was nice there was shaded outdoor seating and the weather wasn't too hot. It is located close to Park MGM on Bruno Mars Blvd. It's open daily 9am-10pm Currently, they are having Bruno Mars themed drinks/merch and plenty of cute Hello Kitty merchandise so it's so cute!! SUPER KAWAII HK!! Always a must to stop by the Hello Kitty Cafe. When they travel into town there's always a long list of HK Lovers where we can never enjoy just being there all to ourselves. You'll get serviced quickly since it's not busy at all. My daughter ordered the iced Matcha latte and it was like your typical matcha but it was pretty strong since we shared and couldn't sleep at night. So be careful with the young kids, don't give them matcha lol it was so cute that the themed had Bruno Mars x HK Collaboration. Cute Hello Kitty goodies that can be a hit or miss. This is a Hello Kitty truck at the plaza with some outdoor seating. You order at the window and they package it for you to go. The raspberry macaroon was pretty decent. I expected it to be super sweet, but it wasn't too crazy sweet. The macaroon shell has a nice chewy texture as well. There's a jam in the middle that was a nice addition. The Hello Kitty cupcake was just a red velvet cupcake with lots of butter cream with sprinkles and a Hello Kitty on top that tastes like straight sugar. The cupcake was unfortunately dry. This one was a little too sweet for me as well. Overall, a cute place that kids would love because of the theme but could be a hit or miss on the food item. I've been to the location at fashion show mall which I love but this location was closer to me since I was at Eataly and decided to give it a try. Most of the menu is the same between both locations but this one seems to have more exclusive Bruno mars merch which was adorable yet overpriced. There was no line when I went Friday afternoon and my drink and food was ready literally the second after I paid which was so convenient. They also give you a bag and pink utensils which was great! I love the vibe, the location of the cafe is perfectly situated to enjoy a quiet morning away from the rest of the hustle and bustle of the strip. The service is relatively quick for how much staff they have. The coffee is strong and I love all that all the drinkware and even napkins have their hello kitty logo. If you are a Hello Kitty fan, this is of course a must visit! Although it's outside and in a truck of sorts, it is permanently fixed and can be found near the T-Mobile arena and the New York New York hotel. There is often a short line, but it moves quickly. There are some tables nearby if you want to enjoy any of your purchases immediately. They have a variety of Hello Kitty themed snacks (e.g., macarons, iced drinks, cookies) as well as unique merchandise (hoodies, hats, bags). The merchandise is usually what we go for, as much of it is unique and features Las Vegas theming that you cannot find at other Hello Kitty cafes elsewhere in the country. Be warned, though, as items frequently sell out. Also be additionally warned that items are not inexpensive ($60 for a hoodie). Hello Kitty Cafe is such a cute little stand outside of New York New York. With all the pink and HK decor, it is not a hard place to find! There are a lot of tables/chairs around the area. You can look at the menu before you go to the window to order. They do have merch in a case so that you can see it all before buying it. They have a whole collab with Bruno Mars right now so they do have some limited time items, food and merch. We looked at the menu and then made our way through the line and ordered. The ladies taking our order were all very nice and friendly. We just ordered a few drinks. I had the mango dragonfruit slush. And the cinnamon caramel cold brew. Both were good, but I loved the slush and will absolutely be back when I'm in Vegas again. Highly recommend stopping by if you're visiting Vegas. The Hello Kitty truck is undeniably adorable and makes for the cutest photo op. There was a bit of a line when we arrived, but my friend and I were committed to the experience, so we waited and ordered a few sweets to share along with some hot drinks. While everything looked charming, the desserts unfortunately didn't live up to their appearance. The donut was way too sweet and the texture felt off. The cupcake tasted overly artificial, to the point where neither of us could finish it. It was terrible. The cookie was extremely sweet, though it was the most palatable of the three. On a more positive note, the matcha latte was genuinely good. After running on over 24 hours of no sleep, I also ordered a vanilla caramel latte -- very sweet, but intentionally so, since I don't like the taste of coffee and just needed the caffeine boost. There's plenty of merchandise available, though only a small selection was Las Vegas-specific. They were also offering complimentary Lunar New Year bookmarks with a $30+ purchase, which was a nice touch. There are a few outdoor tables for seating, but our table was wobbly and uncomfortable. Overall, it's a fun stop for photos and Hello Kitty fans, but I don't think any of the food items are worth the price. read more

Came here to check it out and try a drink. The cafe is a little container on the sidewalk with some park seating. It is beautifully decorated and there are lots of places to take pictures. So this is the second location in Vegas and it's right outside the NY NY hotel on the strip, and what a sight to see! We went there at night and there was plenty of outdoor seating!! It's very pink and lit up JUST like the other location down the strip in the fashion show mall!
