Stayed in Vegas the week before Memorial Day. I honestly sought resolution thru their website/customer service email/page and got nothing so here we go. My wife and I have been to multiple Dunkin Donuts over the years. Went to this specific location based solely on location (was in the hotel next door) and as such we went there twice on this last trip. Both visits weren't great - the first time we waited 19 minutes to get a beverage and a donut each. They helped other people while we were waiting for our items. I understand with one of the drinks the delay (was a specific drink my wife ordered from the cashier) but no acknowledgment was made about it. Figured okay - I'll chalk it up to a bad day, next time we'll order off the kiosk. The kiosk experience was far worse. Food was once again delayed but this timey breakfast sandwich was poorly cooked. Again - not too bad, it happens but when I mentioned it to the worker I got the "well, wtf do you expect" look. Again - took it like a champ, figured I'd seek resolution thru their site but so far, nothing except a survey. In said complaint and survey I requested contact back, I've received nothing. Just gonna say - if you're going to charge $29 for coffee and 2 breakfast sandwiches, you really should provide at least passable quality and service. This place did neither. read more

When I opened the bagel it looked like it had excess flour on the outside. I still ate it, but the bagel didn't taste that good. Everything else, the eggs, bacon, and cheese was yummy though. This location is FAST. I ordered several things this weekend through the Dunkin' app - and they appeared before I could blink. The donuts are nothing special but I loved the coffee drinks and the sparkling water special drinks they have now - big fan of the Dunkin' Zero energy drink - Only 20 calories but super tasty. I would get that again 100%. The hashbrowns also came out hot and fresh too and came with ketchup and hot sauce without me having to ask. I had an iced latte at Cira one morning and this one at Dunkin' was by FAR the better one - and much colder and fresher tasting. Nice work here! read more

Ordered a snacking bacon , pink sprinkles and a chocolate bar and a protein berry drink. The bacon should be called smacking bacon because it smacked! My kids loved it I loved it. The berry protein, I would skip it unless it was strawberry protein milk. I tried 1/2 in of a donut and it has a sour taste to it like if they used sour cream or yogurt to make them. I got Spring Bermuda tumbler and they only had two left when I went to Dunkin. They had one each of white tumbler and pink. I ended up picking the pink tumbler. It had colorful sprinklers all over it. Also got 1 donut glazed blueberry, 3 glazed chocolate munchkins and 1 medium Peach Sparkling Energy w/peach syrup on my new tumbler. Drink it self was $6.99 and total came out $31.47. When I came back from the Fremont tour to get white tumbler it was already gone. Wished I would have gotten both at first place. Cashier was very friendly and service was fast. Ambiance can be busy since it is in the Fremont st and Dunkin was located in the food court area in 1st floor of the hotel. I explained my usual Dutch Bros and Starbucks drink and asked him to create something close to it. He absolutely nailed it! When I placed the order the bill came up at over 32.00 and locked in that price instead of 12.00. The clerk told me to call Duncan headquarters and the headquarters told me contact the franchise owner who falsely baits and switches. From now I will use Starbucks at Golden Nugget. If I could give 0 stars. I would. On May 1st, at 3:15pm bought 2 coffees on the kiosk and when I went up to pick them up at the counter my hot coffee was half way full and iced coffee 3/4 filled up. As for my snack..........that was the million dollar question, as there were so many different types of donuts to choose from. After "inspecting" the donut line up, I decided on a Bavarian Cream donut. What can I say about the grub? Unlike my donut experience on Oahu, the Bavarian Cream donut I got was actually pretty good! The donut I got was soft & fresh in texture, not hard at all, and of course since you got Bavarian cream in the middle..........it's just a bonus! YUM! As far as the coffee goes? It was shockingly BAD! Real BAD!!! The coffee that was served here tasted totally watered down.........not very good at all! I was quite disappointed on the cup of Joe I received..........it was even worst than a cup of coffee I could have gotten at a Burger King, or Jack In The Box! YUCK! Needless to say, I threw away my coffee after a few sips then took my donut with me, as I headed over to the local Starbucks inside of the Golden Nugget Hotel to get my coffee fix. Horrible customer service from stuck up middle age white chick with nasty attitude, she forgot the bacon on 2 of my orders of avocado French toast so I went back to get another one and then she wanted to just add the bacon on top of the cold bread so I asked her to make new ones and she sighed and rolled her eyes then told me to throw em away and she'll make new ones. When she gave me the new ones they barely even had any bacon and avocado, plus she forgot the egg on top as well. When I mentioned it she rolled her eyes again and sighed annoyingly loud then thought I made it up so I showed her and she got upset that she had to make them again. Been there twice in 2 days. This Dunkin is inside the Fremont Casino and you have to walk a ways in to get there. Ordered my extra large coffee and a frozen hot chocolate. Both drinks were made correctly and tasted good as expected. The donuts were typical Dunken made and taste as good as any I've had at other Dunkin. Presentation was perfect. They always make them look yummy! Employees were clean and very professional. They know their menu snd are extremely helpful if you have any questions about the menu. Even though I didn't stay, the fine in area was clean and orderly. My only complaint is the price. Drinks are a lot more expensive. Almost $1 more than the Dunkin I go to. I went to this location to get me an iced coffee. I was greeted with a bright smile by two employees brandy and M. They were nice, bubbly and super helpful. The team work between the employees is Pristine and the communication between the co workers was very good! The employees seemed to actually have fun with the work and were laughing, making the experience better. Just because of that, I was super excited to try my drink. Which was really delicious.
