Rocky road goodness

Thanks Renee for the excellent service even when you had two minutes til closing! We enjoyed our three scoops of ice cream. This place is clean and simple. Always a great option when you don't want a buffet or sit down casual meal. Donuts, coffee and ice cream all in one place.

I was in need of caffeine and like a beacon of bright light of a lighthouse I was guided in. I ordered two coffees that were just perfect. The girl working lacked any enthusiasm but she made one wicked cup of coffee! Good coffee was all I needed to make my day

Location location location. Java Vegas is located next to the slots in the Gold Coast. It's easy to get to when you want to get some good coffee in the morning or any time 24/7. They have all sorts of drinks, snacks, doughnuts, and some fruit. The service has always been friendly and helpful. Everything appears neat, clean, and in order.

It's nice that a smaller off the strip casino has a goof coffee shop. Plenty of options for breakfast items on the go. They have yogurt with granola and fruit as well as yummy donuts and muffins. They even have some donuts that are designed I am sure with two people in mind.

This small coffee shop is located in the casino area near the front entrance of the Gold Coast Hotel. Ordered the less sugar coconut smoothie with boba priced at $4.25 plus 8.10% tax and it was a good choice. The boba wasn't warmed up in the microwave like at other places to make it softer but it was nice and chewy at room temperature and the coconut flavor was just right. They also serve Starbucks coffee, Winchell's Donuts and yogurt and fruit bowls. There is a Texas Donut that is unbelievably huge priced at $3.75. It comes in powdered sugar, plain glazed, chocolate glazed and sprinkled Other baked items are average priced. One big negative for non-smokers is the open air concept and the sign that states "NO SMOKING IN THE DINING AREA". I understand the sign if they have an enclosed dining area but that's a joke as the cigar and cigarette smoke from the casino floats around the entire gaming area and into their open air space.

They serve Starbucks and it's a good quick option for that little boost. We only tried the drinks, but maybe one day I'll try the food.

coffee was good. it came hot and fast. (that's what she said). pleasant girls that helped us out. oh, and it didn't cost half my mortgage like Starbucks does.

$2.20 for a pretty flavorless Americano. I'll be drinking the crappy coffee in my room for the rest of the summer thanks.

Anytime I see phin in the name or a drink available at the establishment, I know that's where I need to get coffee from. That was the draw, period. Cutest uniform equipped with the newsboy hats and everything. Button up, vest... uniforms or just any nice get-up and I am highly amused. Sometimes it's in the details that makes everything come together. Presentation from looks, ambience, set the tone. Drinks did not disappoint. Service was spot on too. They have you try your drink in a sample cup to be sure it's made exactly to your liking. From the outside it looked like either this was a new location or the area was still being developed. Building materials packed up nearby, still neat but obvious. But as soon as you step inside it's like none of that even existed. Parking looks like it could be a bit tricky especially seeing how packed they were. Could be an great place to chill but finding a spot would not be the easiest. It really is THE spot so I wouldn't skip this one. Bold coffee, I'd say unique yet anyone could find something. Couldn't recommend more.

But once you find the beautiful, ornate wooden door and step inside, you're transported into a charming little wonderland. The interior is unlike any other café in Las Vegas, with a greenhouse feel, small trees, unique décor, and plenty of cozy spaces to relax. The atmosphere is airy, whimsical, and fun. My favorite drink is the Iced Butterfly Latte, a delicious banana-flavored latte that's both unique and refreshing. I've also ordered the Berry Ricotta Brioche several times, and it's always amazing. The menu offers a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. Pro tip: Find a table before ordering! This place gets very busy, and seating fills up quickly. If you're with friends or family, have someone save a table while the others order. Overall, Gäbi is one of my favorite cafés in Las Vegas, and I continue to bring friends and family whenever I get the chance. Between the delicious food and drinks, the beautiful atmosphere, and the hidden speakeasy vibe, it's truly one of the most unique café experiences in town.

Its a hidden gem and little…read moreunexpected, but once you're able to find this speakeasy style spot (but instead of a bar, its a coffee shop and bakery), it's a really cool spot to hang out at. Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

I ordered a macadamia coffee instead, that was too sweet to drink, so I threw that awau too. I sound like goldilocks, but had my husband try them too and he agreed. The breakfast burrito was dry and boring. Not terrible, or inedible, but not worth the cost. I wouldn't order it again. The ambiance was fine. Plenty of seating, which is nice. I was told to wait a moment and I said sure no worries. I patiently waited and waited until it was over 10 minutes and also realizing there's another car behind me. So I moved forwarded to the window and at this time it is now 9:20am. When I pulled up to the window. Worker 1 (Asian girl with glasses and short black hair) was just standing & leaning with her back against the drive thru window. When she noticed me, I told her that I was waiting for over 10 minutes there for someone to come back and take my order. She stated they were "busy" with only 6 customers in the lobby but no line at the register? And that she was talking through the intercom but didn't hear anything? Weird. Cause it was just find 10/15 minutes ago... I explained that she could have checked in and apologized for the wait but she did not do that. I asked her am I able to get a discount for such a long unnecessary wait? She chuckled and said "no." And then walked away. (SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL) Worker 2 (white girl with glasses and nose piercing with blonde highlighted hair) came over with my coffee and I asked her if she was the manager. She said "yes." I tried to explain the situation and she completely cut me off right away not wanting to hear me as the customer out. She explained she heard it all and she doesn't have the time for this and that I was initially being aggressive (BIG LIE TO MAKE HERSELF FEEL ON TOP OF THE SITUATION). I told her I clearly have not been aggressive from the start and how ridiculous it is to for the both of you to not take accountability of this situation. Now I am extremely mad because she decided to escalate the situation but cussing back and forth. Instead of hearing the customer out and apologizing about it, I was told to leave because they had "no time" for any of it. I have been coming to this location for years and have never once been treated like this. And on top of that when refunding me because she rather do that than putting her ego aside and taking accountability, she shorted me $2. My order was $13 and change and I gave $15. When receiving my money back. I didn't not receive the whole $15. I got mistreated and stolen from, from this location by these two workers who refused to give me their names. I DO NOT recommend coming here for your coffee needs. It is absolute disgusting behavior these two so called women had. They absolutely need RETRAINING on customer service and definitely RETRAINING on how to act as a manager of the establishment. Completely disappointed. If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would with this review!
