24 hours is great. The food is okay, the drinks are better. The only real complaint I have is that the line is always long. Always.

This is one of 2 cafe-style places in the Westgate Hotel and Casino that features Starbucks. They have so many Starbucks' signs and logos displayed that many think this is one of their stores, but Fortuna only has basic Starbucks offerings and doesn't offer seasonal Starbucks items like pumpkin spice. There's often a line here especially in the earlier part of the day. They also offer some foods from sandwiches and desserts to pizza and pastries. Their prices aren't the cheapest; I had a slice of pizza, a bottled strawberry/banana fruit drink and a regular sized cup of standard coffee and it came to $28 before gratuity. read more

Advice - bring your own kettle to the hotel. I asked for a cup of water, and she told me it's $1.08 for a cup. We need to buy a cup of noodles, then pay for $1.08 for tap hot water. We arrived to Westgate after midnight and were thankful for this 24 hour establishment. They have a section for frozen drinks and offer Starbucks food and drink items, too. The food case features several scrumptious desserts, pastries, sandwiches, pizza, and salads. I was happy to see healthy options such as yogurt parfaits and fruit salads, too. We were greeted promptly by a very polite gentleman who took our food order. The cashier was polite and friendly, too. Our order didn't take long to complete. The chicken pesto sandwich was delish. The muffuletta was not something my son or I liked. It may have been the bread. I'm not sure how to describe it. We've had the real thing in New Orleans, so this didn't compare. I spent around $40 for 2 sandwiches, bottled drinks and Reese Cups. We'll definitely head back for a late night dessert. read more

I stayed at the Westgate for the IECSC conference and my boyfriend and I came here to get some water and a little midnight snack since it's in the hotel near the lobby. The three stars is for the fact they had the school pizza (rectangular slices and all)! Really good pastries and delicious caprese salad. Coffee is Starbucks branch. Downside of this place: 1/ potentially long waiting line because not the fastest service 2/ very expensive. The pastries were $5 each. The caprese salad was delicious and came with a ton of good mozzarella balls, but $11 is still a lot. Add a Starbucks latte to this and I had a total of $37. That's outrageous. But at least we had a good in home breakfast on 1/1/2020 after I picked all this up. read more

It is what it is. Since Vegas hotels like to rip off guests by not offering a coffee machine in rooms, you end up having to put on clothes, while hungover, and trudge down the long hallways to the elevators, then more hallways to a coffee stand only to pay $5 to $10 for a cup of coffee. Feeling cold? My wife was. It was good fortune that she saw the sign at Fortuna inside Westgate in Las Vegas. They had Chicken Noodle soup for $5 so she bought it. This soup should warm the body right? Fortuna is not a traditional sit down restaurant. It is more a coffee shop where you place your order at the counter. They offer so much more than coffee and chicken noodle soup though. Their display cases are filled with salads, sandwiches, sweets, and other goodies. Although there are tables to sit at and eat or drink, we decided to share her soup in our room. Hey, the soup was yummy and the portion size was fair for the price tag. Perhaps it was from a can, but doesn't matter cause we enjoyed it. I was looking forward to trying one of their Maple Bacon donuts the next morning. It's a casino caffeine staple- location used to be a wine bar back in the LVH days, but now they serve morning and evening beverage purposes in one setting (though which one you opt for at what time is apparently flexible here in Vegas). As other reviews mention, a drink and pastry will set you back $10- but my iced chai was just right and my bear claw was beautiful, so I guess I don't blame them. Prices aren't so absurdly high that you'll compare it to highway robbery, and some people find the fact that they brew Starbucks coffee comforting (probably the same people who kept the on-site Pizza Hut in business). Fantastic little coffee and pastry shop in the west gate hotel. Full of freshly brewed coffee and sandwiches ready to-go. Also they have fantastic pastries. Service was good nothing over the top. Kinda what you expect lol. My friend got a ham and cheese Sammy with a Swiss roll. The roll was very sweet from the chocolate. Still great. I had a raspberry napoleon that was $4. Great creme flavor and the raspberries were very fresh. Obviously you will only go here if you are staying there but try it out. Such a cute relaxing cafe inside the Westgate hotel. This is situated between the casino, lobby and path to the room. Therefore the place is always packed because of the heavy traffic. Another reason it's packed because they carry Starbucks coffee. They have sandwiches, croissants, muffins and some other good snacks too. Feeling hungry? Come and grab some bite here. My visit to Fortuna was brief, but the maple bacon donut they provided me with was nothing short of amazing. I usually never opt for anything but chocolate-iced or a classic glaze, but my early morning was made much better by this tasty treat. Cost around $23 dollars for 2 sandwiches, if the employee Yousuf is working he'll literally Panini press anything and everything. I went back there a couple days later and got brownies and he Panini pressed them to warm them up, like theres a thing called the microwave. Im definitely never coming back to this place. There were three of us so we went with the $25. The round kiosk wine system serves all red wines with a variety of reds from different regions. the kiosk system against the wall serves all whites. you can select between 3 different pour amounts, with the higher priced for more pours. we did mostly 1 oz pours ranging from $1.25- $1.50 maximizing our tasting options. we were able to slowly taste at our convenience, pour when we wanted to without having someone interrupting us, which is really nice. we finished our card with just 10 cent left over, but if you return the refillable card, you also get $2.00 back! read more

Any place that has automated wine machines, French Toast & English Toffee Lattes and mega-donuts is a keeper in my book. It's like a delicatessen Starbucks, which they proudly brew by the way. Their deli cases were brimming with donuts, fruit tarts, eclairs, almond croissants, cakes, cupcakes, brownies, salads, sandwiches and chocolate-covered strawberries. My boyfriend and I enjoyed loading up our wine cards and intaking their wine before heading out to the Strip. I like the wine machines because you can taste a little sampling of the wines before purchasing a full glass or bottle. They have small, medium and full-glass pours. Be sure to save your finished wine cards and redeem them for free Fortuna coffee. With tv's, wifi, wine, coffee, juice, salads, sandwiches and desserts, it really is your quintessential cafe. Starbucks with all the hoop and lace. Perfect place to grab a specialty coffee or a glass of vino and wine-down. Since Fortuna gets a lot of foot traffic, it's probably not your best option to relax and whip out your laptop or book. But great to grab that latte or pastry for a nice pick-me-up. I wouldn't go out of my way to get coffee here, but I was at the Hilton to get tickets for a show so I got my free drink. They serve brewed Starbuck's coffee. I got a large iced coffee, and like always, it was bold and very tasty. I have to stay clear of the desserts in their case. They are so enticing! I had a regular Tazo tea after doing a run through for a convention I was working at here. What's so cool is the automated wine pumps (which I did not use.) Overall, it's a non-Starbucks selling Starbucks products and wine... and fancy pastries! After the novelty wears off, I'm not sure what I'd give this place, but it worked out for tea. read more

Whenever I attend a convention at the World Trade Center (former convention center), I park at the Hilton and grab a cup of Joe at Fortuna. Sometimes the lines are long, but it moves quickly so I'm not too worried about it. Every once in a while I'll grab a Danish with my cup of Joe. Their coffee is Starbucks branded so they brew that as well if you are a SB fan. I saw a bunch of different wines here but I didn't get to try any. Cute little bakery and coffee shop. They don't have the full Starbucks menu, but that's okay because they are open 24/7. Perfect if you are an early riser and need coffee and a bagel at 4 am, or perfect if you are coming from the casino and need coffee after a long day of losing money. They have this awesome wine bar that you pay for in advance. They load your money onto a card and you can get your own wine from the selection that they have. Their desserts are tasty and fresh, and the ladies behind the counter are friendly and quick. This is my favorite place to grab coffee and a snack while I am in the area. read more

This trip to vegas for work I've found myself stopping at Fortuna for everything from a mid-afternoon pick me up, dinner and 50% bottle of wine ($9.75! and the opened it & gave me a glass to take upstairs) to take back to my hotel room, to a croissant and latte for breakfast. Service is always fast and efficient .. even if there is a line, you wont wait long. Though, the employees aren't always friendly... just all business. Bought a mixed fruit tart, hot chocolate and a naked juice smoothie here for $12.76 total. A bit overpriced because it's Vegas, and it's a hotel cafe, but that's to be expected. The mixed fruit tart was lovely; there was a thin layer of chocolate painted on the bottom of the beautifully crunchy tart crust to keep it from getting soggy from the fruits and fresh cream, and a thin layer of sponge cake in between the cream and the fruits to add texture and keep the taste light and refreshing. The hot chocolate on the other hand was really meh. Would come back to try the other pastries! Something to take note if you do leave a tip on your credit card, it will show up as 2 separate transactions on your online account, one for the total bill and one for the tip amount. read more
