Super Friendly and very clean and organized. I very much recommend this place to go get a slurpee after a long hot day!

Must admit that I went here because of YouTube creator Serena Neel, but it was worth the kindness. It's clean and stocked with snacks. Even the hot foods were available. The slurpees were ready and soda machine and ice even worked. It was crazy out of the way but worth it for being clean, everything working and in stock, most of all kind staff. read more

FAST, AFFORDABLE GAS... it's a good spot to fill up at since it's barely packed and features decent prices. My tank was filled, I own a medium SUV and the tank was full at $38! It's a huge savings filling up in Vegas, especially if you're from another state. My only gripe with this gas station is that it's hard to get in to. There's a weird divider and awkward entrance that almost makes it inconvenient to visit. I noticed this gas station was pretty clean and I didn't notice any trash or dirty stuff on the property. I will definitely be returning! read more

Hey? I like this 711 location. The area is not so bad looking during the daytime. When I used to live in Vegas, I worked in this area right by In and Out and the Casino. They had the motel nearby that draws all the riff raff and scary looking people in the area. Anyway, I filled my tank here and got some drinks. Like the pizza and wings here. This location has more stuff to choose. I do not Yelp many 711s, but its another on my good side. read more

This past Sunday the woman at the register was cursing non stop saying "these fucken people just come in here and think they can take ice and whatever they want. Fucken do whatever they want" among other things. All I saw were some people serving themselves from the self serve drinks, no one was acting up but the employee. They were not trying to walk out or anything. So not sure what triggered her rant. I did not catch her name but she was white and had tattoos and was talking to a black woman who was sitting by the ATM (not sure if she was an employee as well). I came up to pay and asked her if Vegas had a version of the lottery, her response was "ARE YOU KIDDING ME, are you seriously asking me that. This is Vegas, it's all about the casinos" I then replied "I am not from here, it was just a question". She rolled her eyes and said "It's hard dealing with stupid people". I told her "you must really be having a bad day" I wished her a good day because she was not worth my time and obviously has a miserable life to be treating people that way. I don't know how 7 Eleven allows employees to behave that way. From the other reviews I can see I am not the only one who has encountered her rude behavior. She should definitely not be in a customer service type job. I know this review won't change anything but just in case management just isn't aware, I wanted to let you know. read more

I came in today Friday 11/1/24 at around 9am in desperate need of air in my tire to get safely home with my small child. I only had just enough quarters (No card payment option) to get my 5 minutes of service. After depositing my $2. in quarters, the air machine did NOT turn on. I went inside to ask for help to get the machine to work or to be reimbursed and was greeted with by 2 women workers with disbelief. As if I was incompetent as to how to work the machine or as though I was trying to get free air without paying for my service. They rudely shrugged their shoulders at me and said, "It's been working all morning for everyone else." It would have nice to have been given the benefit of doubt that possibly the quarter option was not working and that the card option was only working. SHAME ON YOU LADIES....Luckily, I found a kind sweet couple who paid using their card and pumped my tire for me in order for me to get home safe. Just because there is more crime and thieves in certain areas doesn't automatically mean that everyone is dishonest. This kind of customer service should be addressed, and these women should be punished for their behavior. read more

5 STARSSSS! This is by far the cleanest and friendliest 7-11 in Las Vegas. Great prices, great service, great everything. The people complaining about 'panhandlers' outside are so annoying. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE. The second management sees them asking their customers for money they immediately ask them to please leave the property. Some of these 'negative' reviews are hilarious. I've been coming here for 3 years and never had an issue till recently. New worker has a terrible attitude and had the nerve to snap at me when she charged me card for the wrong amount, as if I could control what she typed in! Cashier didn't know their own pricing. Besides the fact that the cashier overcharged my very simple order - 2 bananas & 1 water, she then made me use my 7-11 points for a discount (which shouldn't have been necessary to begin with) and then still pretended that she'll hook me up & drop the price for me. It's sad if their cashier's cannot simply charge 2 bananas & 1 water correctly. read more

Of course it was a weird money thing that brought me to this 7-Eleven in Las Vegas. In a town where money takes every shape and form possible, it was a money order we needed, and a money order we got. While we were there, of course, it was a convenient stop for other stuff. I looked and looked but couldn't find any of the calorie-free 'ades (Gatorade, Powerade) which was kind of a bummer, especially given all of that refrigerator space. Oh, they have cold beverages and maybe they do carry the lite version of the calorie bombs, but if they do, I couldn't see them. Not a biggie, as I grabbed something different, and a little candy. I mean.. if you're going to get calories, don't get them drinking. I did use the restroom (clean enough) and the dudes up at the front were fine (quick enough) but I didn't need gasoline and I didn't need anything else. Money order, drinks, quick soothing of the sweet tooth, and off we went. read more

Update: Both the corporate office and the franchise owner called me to follow up on my complaint and apologized that I had this experience at their store. Excellent follow up as a company! I was invited back to the store by both as they want to keep my business. I'm more than happy to give them another try, maybe he was just having a bad day. I realize it was just ice, but it's also customer service which means you're dealing with people and people deserve second chances. I can do that. read more

Absolutely Horrible. I had been going there for 10 years and I never had a problem. One day out of the blue the shift manager tells me I have been 86'ed for stealing years prior. Yet she has waited on me several times over the years. Former management says it wasn't me either. But new manager (Franchise owner's) son is convinced it was me. I now know who it is they think I am and it's comical they think we look alike. read more

The other day was July 11th, free Slurpee day. SCORE! The little cups, are 7.11 oz. But it's still FREE! It's hot! It's summer! If you have a car & map a route just right, you can hit another location before you finish the Slurpee from your last & do that all day. I don't have a vehicle, but dare to dream. I used to live near this sev yo (not the sketchy apartments across the street), so it was my default. It was also my bus stop to Sahara monorail stop for a couple of years. I spent many days sitting out there thinking about what to do about the job that was killing my spirit, making me stressed. It built more frustration from the inhumanity I witnessed on a daily basis with rude, demanding tourists. Imagine those were the happy days before my unemployment. I tried reading one of those "Don't Sweat The..." books at the stop & disagreed with most of the advice. it wasn't about how to stop the problem or teach people the error of their ways. Most of the advice was to be an enabler, allowing people to live their greedy, rude & inconsiderate lives while you took it all, bottled it up to diffuse later, on "my own time!" No. That's what corporate America is, that's what working in retail is. No wonder some of these people always look like they're ready to snap the second you say anything. I've been at my retail hell, for as long as I could manage. That was already my "just take it, it's a job" job. & I was looking for better one within a month. I have no idea how the clerks at 7-eleven maintained, I saw them put up with a lot of things. But their customers get a quick snack & are out of there, they're not browsing all day. I made a rule that I wouldn't take my work anger back to my own doorway. I spent nights walking the length of the strip just to blow off steam & calm down. The older parts of north strip reminded me why I moved there. By the time I got home, I was just numb, sore & sad. But the happiest part of my day was my cat welcoming us home & holding my g/f as we tried to asleep. I collected all the Domo Slurpee cups for her, it's one of her favorites. This location had a Grand (re)opening that I couldn't enjoy more because I only knew of it as I was going to work. They had a stage setup with singers & musicians. They were handing out balloons & things to kids. There was a smattering of about 20 people in the hot sun. I always think about grand openings, fairs & festivals. I think about parents looking to take their little kids someplace for these free publicity events for something to do on a hot summer day. I spent a lot of my childhood going to 7-eleven getting ice creams & Slurpees with my aunt & cousin, downtown San Jose. Why couldn't we do this every day or even every week? I always imagined having a business where I could have fireworks every week, a concert stage, huge inflatable animals & those air people with long flappy arms, food stands, drawings, prizes. Even theme parks don't do that, they don't have community groups, they outsource to big companies. & county fairs aren't year round. At the hot bus stop in summer, there's a small brick wall behind that's in the shade of the power line pole. I would stand behind the wall & realize that I was Charlie Brown or Linus thinking about life. I even realized it was comfortable, left hand to right elbow, right hand under cheek. I always wondered what they were looking at. I'd have to go 7-eleven as a necessary spending evil to get change for the bus. Often I'd get a sausage muffin or breakfast burrito to scarf on the monorail. You could eat on that, not the bus which is strange. The bus has staff/ a driver on it to regulate if you litter. There are a lot of things in the area I've seen or have to Yelp about. I never got to check out that Korean BBQ place nearby I saw every day. But somehow, I saw the Oscar Meyer Weinermobile in front twice & I tried to think of more than one connection. Palace station of course, one of my favorites. I discovered Landry's & even applied there. Dinner in the Sky was a new attraction that I had to promote when I worked in a Strip Hotel, I got to know one of the managers & his girl in booking. At night I heard people laughing & dining about 40' up, held by a crane. The area smelled like fries cut fresh from the in-n-out. Once, I had to get change from 7-eleven in my Halloween costume. Sure, 7-eleven jacks up their prices & you pay for the "convenience." But they are open whenever you need them. I wish more smaller, local businesses could hold out with labor to be known for more extended hours. That's what brings customers in, those hours where other businesses are closed. read more

I've known of 7-Eleven since back in the day when it actually opened at 7am and closed at 11pm, and so I must admit that in all my years, I've never seen (or known of) a 7-Eleven that has been as consistently efficient, clean and professional as this one. It really is the best run 7-Eleven I've ever been to and it's been that way consistently since it reopened about 8 years ago. (It used to face the North/South street and now it faces the East/west Street; Sahara. A wise move). Along with things one can usually count on a 7-Eleven to provide, the thing that I noticed that makes this stand out is the fact that it is always well staffed and well stocked. I have yet to go into that store at anytime of day or night (and trust me, I w done them all) and run into any employee that is uninspired or complaining or slow. Clearly that is a practice that starts at the top and gets passed down. I must say kudos to the owners and management of this particular 7-Eleven.
