Cashier deliberately over-charged my son $16 for candy. We didn't realize it until we were too far down the I-15 to turn back and challenge it. I asked Chevron/Terribles to investigate, and they did escalate to the store, but they never returned my money. Chevron just closed the case and told me to talk to my bank. Horrible service and hopefully they dealt with the employee so he doesn't do this to other unsuspecting kids. Went to this location for the first time since I needed water asap. While I got to the store, the associated in hoodie and was a man who worked on an night shift tonight was no where to be found. Then while waiting at the counter he decide to be on his phone and not say anything to me. While I'm standing there waiting for him to cash me out pull all the way back to the back counter and since not help me. After waiting since he didn't want to cash me out, I walked out. Shout-out to the friendly black female employee (I didn't catch her name) working here last night! She was really sweet. We were just there to get some snacks and a sandwich to take back to our hotel (we'd had enough fast food lately). She showed us where the condiments were if we wanted them, made small talk and encouraged self care. What a sweetheart! The selection here was decent, not incredible but not bad either. While my buddies and I were hanging around town, we stopped by here to fuel up. Due to this gas station being so close to the Las Vegas strip, I thought it was going to be a nice stop. I was wrong. This place was very seedy. It shows with the shady characters that hang around here, and the place that is not kept too well. Considering the field my friends work in, we got a bit of attention. I went in to pay for gas without incident. A few of our friends on the beat were parked nearby, so there was no chance of any funny business going down. The prices here were comparable to other stations in the area, although I don't know if the other stations are as seedy as this place. The gas is Standard (Chevron), but the convenience store is Terrible's, which is common in San Bernardino as well as Clark counties. I've been to some good Terrible's, and I've been to some terrible Terrible's. This place leans toward the latter. read more

Scam in the gas machines !!! I order $16 Dollars in the counter at 4:33pm today, but some how the machine started run like crazy wen I lift the handle!!! It mark like 2 Dollars with out resetting the machine for the tipe of gas of my choice, anyway I went back inside to tell the problem in that PUMP #11 but the 2 cashiers inside, the black girl and the asian an chubby girl were very rude answering back, I just cannot reset the pump #11 with out 2 Dollars less !! I tried to explain the problem in the pump but they just laugh an make fun of my situation. Very disappointed in this store, I hope management and owners put an END!! To this tipe of service cause we not get nothing for free everyone pay for it, even at the end of filling the gas in my car the pump never serve the 16 Dollars!! It miss few cents. Get your gas here before leaving Vegas. It's $1 cheaper than the gas at Primm and Baker!!! Gas lines here can be long, especially on holidays and special events in Vegas that draws in tons of people. Grab some drinks here also, as they are much cheaper than drinks at the CVS and Walgreens on the strip!! We are talking like half the price of what is charged on the strip! I ALWAYS get gas here before taking off from Vegas. They even have some machines here for you to play on if you didn't get enough of your fix at the casinos. They are all poker/blackjack machines. Gas pumps down at like 5 am. NO LIDS FOR COFFEE. How the hell am I supposed to drink my coffee WITHOUT A LID?!

This is the most absurd gas station I've been to. The people that are loitering about, shopping and behind the register are just wow. Thanks to this being in general proximity to my work, I've stopped in a handful of times and it's always a side show. The cashiers are super polite to customers, but have no qualms about talking about things with their coworkers that I wouldn't dare say at work for fear of losing my job. Last week while the line at the register was 10 deep, one cashier was recounting about a bum trying to buy something with money he had apparently pissed on. Apart from the cursing, I was shocked that the cashier (non-white) was dropping the word "N----" in his rant like he was reading the script of Django Unchained. Nothing offends me, but I was super shocked to hear an employee talk like that in front of customers. Tonight I went in, and was immediately accosted by the regular guys who are suspiciously bold with ladies in Vegas. I tried to stay behind the chip rack so that he would leave instead of trying to talk to me. Unfortunately he was near my car when I left and he was asking if I'd let him take me out to dinner. No! Between the creeps trying to holla and the panhandlers, I'd exercise extreme caution getting in and out of your car as a girl at this location. Don't sit in your car here. Get in, get out and go. The place is clean and well stocked and the cashiers are always extremely polite to me despite the other stuff, so 3 stars. read more

This is my go to spot when I need caffeine and don't feel like hitting up a Starbucks. There coffee area is always clean and plenty stocked. I am not sure what brand of coffee they supply but whatever it is, is pretty decent. This gas station has actually pretty decent prices to be right off the strip and highway intersection as well. It stays pretty busy with a steady stream of cars and people. But just be mindful to the area. It is expected to see pimps, hookers, drug dealers, drug users, all of it. read more

It was startling to drive in to see the high Gas price per Gallon and the yellow bags over the pumps meaning they were out of Gas. Startling because this was the third Gas Station I tried. This is one of the worst run businesses I've ever seen. Avoid this place if possible. It's a mismanaged dump. The gas pumps are constantly out of paper so if you want a receipt, you have to go inside. Good luck with that. The lines inside are long because they don't have enough help. Some of the employees don't wear masks and it's clear there's zero management at this location so no one is going to make them. The gas price here was typical. But the lines were super long, not only for trying to buy gas, but also inside! When we tried to pull up to a spot, this jerk cut us no the other side and just drove up quickly and parked. If I was driving, I would've given him a piece of my mind... Only came in for water and gas but, the two guys behind the counter were so nice and super funny!! They definitely deserve to be given promotions/raises. I'm not sure why this was listed as closed but hopefully it gets updated soon. I always always always make this my last stop out of LV. It's convenient to get in/out of and it's very close to the freeway. The staff is friendly but unless you need a quick 5-hour energy, you don't really need to go inside because the pumps and credit card readers always seem to be working well. It might be just dumb luck but I've never had an issue here. -knock on wood- Anyway, this is just the most convenient gas station going back to Cali IMHO. It's not closed. read more

This is a really good gas station. It's conveniently located- no matter which direction you're coming from, you can get in the lot easy enough. Gas is always competitive to other places right around the area and it's so busy that it seems to scare the bums away, which is awesome. I've never been asked for money there. Stopped here out of convenience before leaving Vegas for a Disneyland. My husband went to put the gas as it was freezing outside. It is kind of dingy and some characters worth watching and speculating as suspect for danger. The prices for gas are great compared to Hawaii. My husband loved that they have the latch that holds the lever in place so you don't have to hold the pump (he said Hawaii doesn't have those), he was able to wash the windows and make us laugh while we waited. read more

I'm from California and I have to compliment the state of Nevada on their gas prices. I envy them for that. We filled up here before heading back down the 15. Fairly competitive on price. Staff is always friendly. They do keep plenty of fresh stock in for snacks and drinks.

Don't ever come to this gas station. Credit card machine doesn't work outside. So you have to line up for asking them to turn on the pump, then lined up again to pay, while have to face the cashier with nasty attitude. read more
