A few weeks ago I called another store and they assured me 3 times they had shark straws for the slurpees. I promised my kids that we would go get slurpees and buy the shark straws that they had been begging me for. Come to find out we got there and they DID NOT HAVE THEM. I was very upset because I drove about 30 minutes one way to get there only to be let down. I called the corp office and filed a complaint because of what happened. They had Ann from the Lem Turner store call me back. She stated she didn't have any of the shark straws but was trying to see if there was anything else I would like that she still had. Some of the items and straws she had were from previous promotions and my family loved. We agreed to come in and buy them that Monday which was my sons birthday (7-11). When we showed up her and JJ the regional director/field consultant were standing there with the shark straws that he had been trying to get! He apparently found them in St. Augustine and drove them all the way to this side of town just to make me happy (which I was!). I'm sorry this is so late but I wanted to let Ann and JJ that my family really appreciates what you both have done for us! My son got his 7-11 birthday slurpee, his birthday cookie, a Star Wars cup and his shark straw that he uses with all of his slurpee's! read more

Advertises hot sandwiches. In the store they are cold with instructions that say bring to sales counter for grilling. Mentioned it at the register and the lady said go ahead and pay. After I paid, she said they don't have a grill. I said I didn't want the sandwich then, I wouldn't have paid if she had said that when I asked before, and the lady just said thanks have a nice day. Line forming behind me so I just gave up, not worth spending any more time here over 5 bucks. Guy in front of me was complaining that she had put 5 instead of 25 on the pump. A solid 3 1/2 stars. Nice, new, clean 7-Eleven. It's very convenient if you're traveling on 295; very easy to access both getting off and on 295. Gas prices are decent; however, we don't purchase gas here as there are cheaper places closer to home. If traveling and just passing through, it's a good place to fill up. Bathrooms are extremely clean. Very impressed. Plenty of pumps and they are spaced apart nicely so you have plenty of room. Parking lot is kept nice and clean. We tend to come here late at night or in the middle of the night, so there aren't really any hot food items available at that time. I like to think they have them hot and ready during the day? Night time employees aren't very friendly and don't smile. They aren't rude... they just seem indifferent. Considering the location, I'm surprised I've yet to encounter anyone asking me for money in the middle of the night. Maybe the employees actually stay on top of that here (like they are suppose to) and actually call the police when people are loitering. I love pina colada flavoured Slurpees and I've yet to see that particular flavour offered at this location, so that's a bummer. This is a decent gas station...This gas station is kept clean-- inside and out....During the day the service is good....but at night the staff isn't very friendly... They have the usual snack and drink items as other locations... Although, at night they don't have any hot food items available... This location is okay to visit if you're in the area... read more

7-Eleven keeps adding more food choices. They now have a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger. But really like this Cuban Melt sandwich. Just grab it and they toast it in the oven while you grab your drink and it's done. Great quick lunch. My go to place around town or out of town. Great people too. read more

It's comparable to my other review on other 7 Eleven stores in this area. This may be the newest 1 so it's clean, neat & fresh. Probably less than 6 months since it opened. I'm happy about all the new places opening on this side of Jax. read more

Easy in and out. Great if you forgot something at the bigger store but you will pay for the convenience. They always have fresh bananas so I usually pick up 2 of them. The cashiers are all very friendly here. I also get my gas here because I like 7-11 so much that I don't want them to leave. read more

They have Slurpies ... That's about all I like at this location. Even getting a Slurpie is questionable because it's always so nasty dirty everytime I go in. Sometimes the machines are down like 60% of the time your have 3 out of 6 flavors to choose. I wouldn't eat the prepped food in this 711. If someone said chop your arm off or eat the food.... I'd just choose chop my arm off. The store is just so dirty. The floors are always dirty. The soda/Slurp machines are always dirty. I mean you get it it's just dirrrrrrrty. The staff is friendly for the most part. Some seem so miserable it's almost uncomfortable to check out. I avoid this 711 personally. read more
