I have diabetes and my blood glucose was extremely low when I walked in. I got a lot of fresh cut fruits and head to check out in hope I can sit down in a car and get some grapes, strawberries and feel better very soon. When I took pack of strawberries, they weren't expired but the lid was puffed up and had a spherical shape. I turned them upside down on top of the grapes pack because I had many items in my hand. When I went to the check out stand, the pack of strawberries exploded. The gentleman behind the cashier stand said that it was my fault and said if I only have a choice of paying for them and everything else I wanted to get or he won't sell literally anything to me. We came in here yesterday around 3 pm. Bought around 30 dollars worth of items. My fiancé was holding her strawberries upside down. The lid was clearly faulty. During check out some of the straw berries spilled out. Instead of apologizing the cashier gave attitude that it was our fault. He gave us an ultimatum that we either pay for the strawberries or he won't sell us anything. The single worst 7-Eleven on earth. The hotdogs and pizza are always overcooked and expired. The employees don't speak any English and talk on their phones while checking you out. The management was unresponsive and I had to email the Corporate office directly to get any response. Nothing changed. AVOID!!!! Edit: I added some photos but they don't do it justice. Back when I smoked, I practically lived here, popping in almost every other day. Now I come when I have an urge to be bad and have a hot dog (hey, where else in Incline can you have a $3 lunch in 10 minutes or less?). I sometimes come by for a morning coffee, but I hate that they don't offer real milk or creamer unlike Starbucks, Raley's or the IV Coffee place, so it's not my first choice. Otherwise, the staff is very nice. Just watch the tight parking here. Also note: it's the cheapest place to get gas pretty much anywhere on the North Shore. read more

I bought an item for $3.78 and I gave the worker $4. I noticed he clicked the exact change button instead of $4 and then instead of $0.22 he only gave me $0.20. I don't mind 2 cents, I just think it's very unprofessional to do such a thing and he had AirPods in the whole time and was on the phone with someone which shows lack of care. Standard seven-eleven in a fake ski village rustic old building, with expensive fuel and a small selection of beer and wine. Open 24 hours, so if anything is happening in Incline Village between 2AM and 7AM it is here. It's a quiet town so that means you get to see a dog jump run around outside a car, a guy rub his chin, somebody buy some bottled water, a parametic truck drive by. That is 1 1/2 hours worth of action. This is not a good town for the night owl. It is a good place for candy to smuggle into the one-screen movie theater next door, the town's only. Like every public place in Nevada you can gamble. Five old slot machines. I would not be caught dead at a slot machine at Seven Eleven. I have standards, you know. Apparently everyone else does too. I came here just to get some coffee and hot chocolate. The employee was very rude. I walk in and go straight to the coffee machine. The thing that normally goes under it to catch drips wasn't there so I am like whatever I don't know what happened to it. So I put my cup under the spout, out comes a huge puff of powder then just water on the carmel macchiato flavor. So guess that one was out of flavor. I hear the employee make a loud huffing noise and comes over getting right in front of me to put the catch tray where it belongs. He acted as if I was making a huge mess or something. So he stomps off. I get the vanilla flavor and get hot chocolate for my daughter. I ask her if she wanted any of the flavor syrup, then the employee raises his voice and says "WHAT?" I said, "Nothing I was just asking my daughter if she wanted flavoring". I go up to the register and he just stares at me, didn't ring up my purchase, just gives me a dirty look. I ask him how much it was and it sounded like he said $2.67, because he was mumbling and had a very low voice, so I hand him $3. He gets a snooty attitude saying " I SAID $3.67" I said oh, and hand him another dollar. This guy was a plain outright asshole. Come on now, I do not work there, I am not a mind reader, I don't know the prices especially if you don't ring up my purchase knucklehead. Wouldn't come back to this 7-11. Horrible experience. So, my friends and I go their on July 11 since it's free slurpee day. Then, they don't have any small cup, so we just use a medium cup. Sounds fine right? Wrong. The guy their barely speaks English, so we go to another guy and he says that we're not allowed to get a free slurpee in a medium cup. But then, we ask him if we can just use a small soda cup since it is the same size as a small, if not smaller, and he tells us that we STILL can't get a free slurpee. I remodel homes in incline Village, I usually get food here when I am in a time crunch and need something quick that I can eat on my way back to the jobsite. The food is usually cold or over cooked and taste like garbage but it's better than nothing at all. The food today made me sick throwing up, accompanied by bad emergency diarrhea. The house I was working at didn't have have toilets so with this 7/11 being in close proximity and me being a customer who spends a lot money here on snacks. I figured it would be okay if I used their bathroom and asked the woman who works here if I could use their restroom and she replied yes... Anyways while having obvious food poisoning from the food I ate from here hours before I went to use the restroom. Within 3 minutes there was someone banging on the door telling me to hurry. I told him I was trying and was throwing up and using the restroom. The person banged on the door within every minute. My stomach was in a complete down spiral and I was sick. Within 7 minutes of being in the restroom the person was now knocking constantly telling me to get out and not to make a mess. I thought this was another costumer with maybe the same food poisoning I had so I hurried up and didn't quite finish but made sure to clean the toilets completely. I walked out and the owners snotty privileged son started screaming at me in front of all of the costumers and employees about how much of a mess people like me make in his personal bathroom. He made all these accusations before seeing that I left their bathroom cleaner than it was when I walked in. It was an embarrassment and I will never return here again. read more
