I absolutely love this place. My friends and I landed in Las Vegas around 9:30am. We were in the…read moremood for some coffee and quick bites so we decided to come here after scrolling Yelp for like 10mins at the airport. I ordered the Strawberry Shine, which was refreshing, well-balanced, and not overly sweet. A special shoutout to the staff, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were more than happy to adjust the syrup level to my preference, which I really appreciated since it allowed me to customize the drink exactly how I liked it. I love the ice that they use here because it allows the drink to stay cold the entire time as I sip on it. One thing that stood out to me was the seating area. You can chill/relax with a coffee in hand. Whether you're meeting up with friends or just looking for a quiet spot to unwind, the atmosphere makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile. The cafe is in a somewhat quiet plaza that doesn't get a ton of foot traffic, making it feel a bit like a hidden gem. Despite the location, the people here were incredibly welcoming and the overall vibe was relaxed and laid-back. The breakfast was really good as well. I ordered the sausage egg bite which was the perfect size for me as I just wanted to nibble on something as I enjoy my coffee with friends. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

I would rate 4.5 stars if Yelp allowed half star ratings…read more The coffee here is really great. Do not come here if you are in a rush for a cup of coffee. They take their time crafting your drink & making it beautiful as well as delicious. Everyone here is always very kind. I've never had bad service here. It's not at all close to my house, so I don't get to visit very often. But when my husband and I are in this area we always try to stop by. We mostly do the drive-thru, but have been inside a couple of times. It's very clean and cozy. I believe our favorite drink is called the Campfire Mocha. It's so yummy. A mocha lightly spiced with cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

I'm so glad they have the ceremonial matcha as well. I tried the maru matcha which was like a strawberry matcha and got the clicker! Both were yummy!! I love the clicker one which was a great recommendation from staff! It was so refreshing with the tea and popping boba. Not so sweet which was great! I had also tried the rose rice cake was soooooo good!! I love the flavors which was like a spicy carbonara. You can taste the rose slightly. I wish there was more meat though. The rice cakes were perfect! I could eat more!! I want to try the rest of the food menu! All Looks so scrumptious! Ambiance is nice! Pretty spacious. Lots of room to hang out. Service has always been great here. Staff really know their menu!

The drink menu is massive and almost overwhelming, but I love that they have something for everyone! They also offer food items if you're hungry. The place was absolutely packed when we arrived, but by the time we left it was nice and quiet. The inside is quite large with ample seating. We loved the giant photobooth back by the restrooms and had so much fun choosing the design for our photo strip. The curio cabinet near the counter of trinkets where you leave a trinket to take a trinket was such a cute thing; like geocaching inside a boba shop! Both staff members I interacted with were beyond friendly, too! Just such a great experience being here. While there, I tried the 'Calcifer' which is mango soda, strawberry poppin' boba pearls, and a splash of coconut milk. This was delicious and refreshing for such a hot day. My husband made a build-your-own drink with green tea, mango & pineapple; he really enjoyed his beverage a lot. We also ordered a potato tornado snack to share, which while good, felt a little stingy for $5.50 (our only very minor complaint). We'll absolutely be back anytime we're down on Sunset! Wishing Joah much success so that maybe someday they'll open a 2nd location closer to us... *West Henderson near The M is in desperate need of a boba shop, just saying.... :)

Was looking for a coffee shop around the airport and the reviews seemed good regarding the coffee,…read morenot so good regarding customer service. Reviews about service usually dont turn me away, as usually I care more about the product and if the price is worth it. This is a case where I should have listened to the other reviews. The customer service here is non-existent. It was not busy when we came in, we were not greeted, acknowledged, or even looked at. When the woman finally came over to us to take the order she mumbled something and I had asked what she said, she just looked at me and said "Im ready". Hands down without question it was the worst customer service experience I have received at any coffee shop I have been to. The price is on the higher end even for independent coffee shops. I paid a hair under $9 for a relatively small iced latte. The shop itself is very clean, and well taken care of. The coffee is actually pretty good, I would put it a step above average even when compared against other 3rd wave coffee shops. Overall, it was a good coffee, and if the customer service was even at a basic bare minimum this place would have gotten 4 possibly 5 stars. It was the attitude and price that really dragged this review down.

This was exactly the experience I expected and wanted and needed. We came in our own crowns, and I'm honestly a little regretful because they have a whole collection of appropriate crowns, hats, and headbands to enjoy your tea as you should. The teas, The Teas! so many to choose from. You can smell them before and decide on 2. so beautifully presented in the most adorable of tea cups. In fact, a whole cubby room of tea sets to see! And the menu is delectable. I don't know if the menu changes, but as of this posting, it is the same I had. I won't say there was a stand out dish; It's a stand out experience! I guess my complaint is I couldn't finish it there, enjoying these unique surroundings; but in the other hand, plenty to enjoy later at home. I need to mention our hostess, certainly Fae- (I'm so sorry I've forgotten your name)- a flittering, fluttering bright spot to the day. Hare, Hatter, Caterpillar in one. I might have imagined her but there every step of the way to let us know what was happening, explain anything that needed to be explained and what was next. Of course it ends with a photo shoot on a throne with props! The little store is adorable and sells the teas and fancy tea thingies. it's always hard to tell how big a space is, and it is fairly small, but perfect for any high tea birthday, girl's day out, club meeting lunch, just because. You pay when you reserve because the food is prepared fresh to your reservation. My biggest regret is not stopping Chef as she passed through to say hello and thank you. Thank you, Chef, you and Fae, for an absolutely lovely experience. And one last thing, and most important to me, an incident did occur that needed a human heart and compassion, and they met that with grace I had a wonderful time and absolutely loved this experience and have shown off my High Tea pictures when someone had asked how I've been this month

I ordered a couple of their homemade Pop-Tarts, which looked great, but the flavor just wasn't there for me. The topping tasted mostly like straight confectioners' sugar without much flavor or balance. I was expecting something more distinctive, especially considering how good they look, but they fell flat. The bigger issue for me was how disorganized the entire operation felt. There appeared to be plenty of employees working behind the counter, yet the line was moving very slowly. Staff seemed to be struggling with the payment system, the barista was trying to keep up with drink orders, and overall it didn't seem like there was much structure around who was responsible for what. Having a lot of employees on the floor doesn't necessarily help if the workflow isn't organized, and that was definitely the impression I got during my visit. Between the underwhelming pastries and the chaotic service experience, this one was unfortunately a thumbs down for me.
