It breaks my heart to have to write this review. I've been coming here for the past 10 years and this evening on 11/20/20, I had the worse customer service experience ever. I was getting some nachos and the chili and cheese were both out. I asked for the two cashiers, a male and a female if they could assist in switching it out. They declined and said no. I had to open the machine and squeeze whatever amount of cheese and chili possible out of the bags that were out dry. They saw me doing this and didn't care to change the bags. I'm very upset and hope that 7-11 does a better job in hiring better qualified employees. Might because of my race? Or maybe because they were just lazy to do their job? I don't know. Anyways...I ended up still purchasing the nachos with very little chili and cheese on them. I hope to not encounter these two employees again. read more

Ok, hold up. This is a pretty decent 7-11 with fast no nonsense service, all the hot dogs stacked and hot foods ready. But the Location, oh my jeebus. Whatever you do. Don't come after 10pm. Sometimes HPD is chillin and watching the spot and sometimes no. So you get the picture. I carry sanitizer everywhere especially during flu season. Last week I came in the store with no mask. The workers said no mask no service. Today 2 people came in with no mask and was allowed to buy something . I asked the cashier no more mask rule. 12:50 am Sunday I walked into 7 11, and the worker or cashier. Was Rude, Disrespectful, and unkind to a other employee who was working with him. He had other men standing around in store with him being disrespectful and unkind also. 1. The cashier at midnight September 1, 2019 told the other employee out loud in front of customers GO SIT YOUR ASS DOWN IN THE BACK. Embarrassing him. It seems there are new employees at this 7 eleven, the coffee is never ready until after 6:30 a.m. Most people start work at 7 and would like to get in and out with a cup of coffee, the employees are just beginning to fill the pots at around 6:15 I notice a lot of customers walk out upset. This is the nearest 7 eleven on my way to work and I noticed this has become a constant issue. We are supposed to pay our rent at this store on 120th and Inglewood ave. So i go to make a $1,400 rent payment and the rude cashier or boss tells me if i don't come in with 100 dollar bills i will be forced to the end of the line. The reason for a line is so we can all have a turn. I am not a bank that carries 100 dollar bills. I have to pay with what i have. It ain't ok to send people of color to the back of the line why is it ok to send people without 100 dollar bills to the end of the line. Catch it at the right time and this might be a decent 7-eleven. I go here out of pure convenience. There was a guy working there (I don't see him much anymore) but he gives off such a bad vibe. He barely says a word.. no "ok" or "thank you". I bought a couple Mega Million quick picks and asked how much the current pot was. He said "13 million... is that enough for you?" At the moment I thought he was asking if I wanted to buy more tickets, but left and when I thought about it, the combination of his demeanor and attitude made me think he was implying that he thought I was too good for it. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I'm right but it pissed me off. Even if it had stellar service which it doesn't.. the parking lot itself is a pain in the ass to deal with. Most of the time there are 3 cars trying to back up at the same time, 3 more trying to pull in, and a couple more parking so angled that you have to make a few attempts to even back up without hitting them. Don't even get me started on the annoying people in line at the Red Box machine trying to determine which DVD to rent at the kiosk. Love this location i come super early so coffee is always hot and fresh and the worker in the morning is nice chill. There are times the coffee station can be cleaned more or wiped down but other than that i have no complaints its 7-11 who don't like a 24hr joint lol. read more

The 3 stars are for the employees and management who work solemnly in the morning and afternoon. I constantly stop in and out maybe 6 times out of the week here since this is the closest location from where I live. The mornings, I never seem to have a problem with; the gentlemen who I believe manages the location is always nice and the Ladies are always doing something, making themselves useful and always greeting each and every customer. In the afternoon it's usually a Hispanic guy and an old man, them two are pretty chill and although it's usually busy around that time, they always seem to keep their composure. NOW the night time shift : completely opposite. Soon as you walk in, one of them in always on their phone or listening to his music. I've had 2 experiences where he paid no mind to me standing at the register waiting for him to ring me up. The other darker toned gentlemen, he's on and off with his work, one night he's super nice and attentive, the next night he's just as same as the other guy on his phone ignoring. I've walked into this location to where the guy with dirty blondish, short combed back hair, refuses to refill the coffee or sweet tea and makes an excuse that it won't be done until the morning. I was appalled. I would of been more pleased if he just told me there wasn't any in stock. He's super lazy. And that's why I absolutely hate going there at night. read more
