In addition this is the store that hooked me on to the Friday $5 bentos by upselling me... did you try it tastes good etc I also want to shout out Nenita the asst manager she is so friendly and I can tell loves her job and I am sure she is a big reason why other staff seem to like their job and care about customers.... Never did she acknowledge that I was waiting. When she got off the phone she just stood at the counter. I pressed the button so she knows I'm there. She then picked up the phone & said just a minute- not even turning around. No thank u for waiting. I could see someone walk up - which she helped first. Though she said they were there before me. Very rude. This pharmacy has poor customer service & I'm not getting my prescriptions from here again!

The lady that owned the store is very nice, I love to get the either Coke or Strawberry Icee with Li Hing powder added! So bad , but so refreshing.Back in the day Icee cost $.15 today $5.00. I like their variety of Chinese seeds(dried plums).stored in the Old style glass jars. They have a lot of items to browse & see! Go check it out! You will find this store bringing you back in time!

In search of Fish Musubi…read more.. My friend, Ray, told me about the yummy Fish Musubi at 7-Eleven. So far, I haven't seen it in Kaneohe or Kahaluu. I even went to one 7-Eleven on the other side of Kailua - kind of by Kalaheo High School. Today's 7-Eleven is the first one you see as you drive from Honolulu on the Pali Highway to Kailua - on the right side of the road, right behind the Aloha Gas Station. It's quite busy here because of its location. There were customers standing in line, 6 feet apart, as two cashiers were doing their best to ring everyone up efficiently. I checked for the fish musubi, but there were none. I asked the cashier about it and she told me that they don't have many and the shipment comes in the early morning hours. I'll just have to return at 5am! Anyway, this busy store has the usual convenience items, cold beverages, yummy snacks, and "to go" hot foods. I got a lup cheong manapua (steamed bun with Chinese sausage filling). The ratio of bun to sausage was perfect because the sausage was on the salty side. The soft bun helped to balance out the flavor! So, I will be back for that Fish Musubi... and a Taro Manju... and peanutbutter mochi... and maybe a candy lei for a birthday or graduation when Social Distancing is over...

Their famous for their spam musubi and can't go wrong it's quick and easy and you can eat it while you drive . I remember coming to this small wooden convenience store when I was in my teens . You can't walk into hygienic without feeling the sense of Aloha. From ethnic foods like pasteles to modern treats like Icees there's something here for everybody. The staff treats everyone with Aloha. Personally, I get Kava here every couple of weeks. Their Kava is the second best I've ever had, and the Fiji variety of Kava is particularly good. I was pleased to learn that they carried Kava, so I don't have to drive to Kalihi to get it, which is a relief because I'm an old fut who does not like driving in to Honolulu. They are just a 5 to 10 minute drive from Haiku Woods, so it's my preferred place to get Kava. If you live here their goods all have local appeal. If you're just visiting Honolulu, Hygienic store is a great place to get the feel of local culture and maybe discover a couple of new favorite foods.

I loved that he said that., while he was air frying my spam dog he also kept helping customers... smiling and happy the whole time I am writing this review because my experience yesterday at your Kaneohe Bat store was the exact opposite... when I asked the sales girl she said they didn't have any and because I really wanted to try it as it just showed up on my rewards list... I shared this with her and she still told me none... I pressed a little more by asking when they would be ready she said she didn't know and when I asked her when should I come back she looked in the fridge and said she only had I can't remember what she said she had Then she said she doesn't know if they gave some in back cause the freezer is broken I have had negative experiences with this store before... the sales people are quick to say I don't know... I don't think they understand the concept of customer service and most concerning is that they are definitely NOT customer centered and are quick to say I don't know! NOT A GOOD STORE... they definitely need customer service training and are NOT a good representation of what 711 wants ... Getting back to ELIjAH give home a raise he is representing the Kaneohe Shopping center store well!!!!!

Gas And More Gas…read more This small gas station is across right next to Windward Square with Adelas Country Eatery. The lady inside here was very friendly, she asked where I was from and told me where to eat and more importantly, where NOT to eat lol. Its very tight inside and there was a hot dog spinnin in the hot dog roller (didn't wanna take a pic of the hot dog because well it was close quarters and I felt a little shy lol). Even saw some bean burritos! (Gas and more Gas anyone?) Seemed to be a lot of variety for a small mart! I really appreciate the pleasant conversation I had in here though, I find some gas station attendants either robotically mum or grouchy lol. Shoutout to the few reviewers here and especially Nadine for pioneering this spot on the map with the FTR!
