Whoever whisked me the hojicha made me a fresh batch and it really made all the difference. Their hojicha comes unsweetened instead of pre-sweetened so that's already a plus in my book so I could really taste the roasted-ness (in comparison to a matcha, for example). Wasn't too watered down by the milk - the barista who made this one didn't put too much milk in my drink. Matcha: I would pass on this but it could be how it was made. I had the matcha on a different day so it wasn't the same barista. I chose to do this one unsweetened as well. The milk to tea ratio was a bit off, the amount of milk overwhelmed the matcha and the light green color of my matcha made it obvious. I would not order this again. The service is quick and friendly, the staff knows their menu inside and out and are able to make recommendations if you're unsure about what to get. I've been here on two different occasions. The first time it was more of a quiet day. There aren't enough outlets so I wish there were just more of those. The second time was on a busier Saturday. There wasn't enough room to walk around the most of the people didn't seem to have enough spatial awareness to allow others to go around them.
