Baristas acknowledged our presence and continued making coffees for others, even though there were multiple baristas. I've been to several cafes that were much more overcrowded and have never waited so long just to be acknowledged, so this could've possibly been an understaffing problem or a task delegation problem, but regardless, it felt very uncomfortable to be waiting in line with several others just watching the baristas take care of other customers. Might have better luck ordering online for pickup even when sitting inside. Coffee was good, and their selection of drinks (alcoholic drinks , coffees, teas) is broad. Cheese danish was crispy, although cold despite my request for it to be heated up, and something about the cheese filling felt off. Likely wouldn't order again, but I'd definitely like to try some of their other pastries.

When we got home, we realized that the two 20-piece orders of nuggets were missing. I had to drive back to the restaurant to get the missing items. However, instead of providing the two 20-piece orders, they gave me two 10-piece orders. I called the manager to explain that the order was still incorrect. When I got home again and checked my Spicy McCrispy, there was no sauce or dressing on the sandwich. This was a very frustrating experience. We paid for our order, yet it was incorrect multiple times, and I had to make an additional trip back to the restaurant to correct their mistake.
