He called along with the staff to check on me and make certain that he/they had all my needs taken into account in order to give me the best possible time at the class. Unfortunately, we understand that Secolari, and any upcoming class opportunities, will come to an end at the Columbia Mall. But prob have to charge more because their rent was prob $50 square feet. So I decided I would taste test both oils.....Secolari why did you close??!!! Theirs was not as good. So I decided to try my grocery store olive oil (recommend by American test Kitchen for store bought OO) California olive ranch extra virgin first cold press was better! $17.95 for Seasoned Olive in Fells point is not worth the drive. I'll stick to California store bought until I figure out where to buy premium OO.
