I wish I had more time to enjoy this cute coffee shop in Selma. But I will tell you this: the…read morebanana pudding latte was deeeeeeelish! And great service! They have a lot of food items, and space to hang out or just work for hours. I definitely want to come back and drink my latte there. Update: I returned again and had another amazing latte! Loved it! And a pastry which are baked daily.

The remake was much better. the attention to detail from the barista this time made sure my shots did not sit and that made a huge improvement in the drink. ***The personal contact is much appreciated.*** What I hadn't mentioned was that I was watching my drink get made. waiting is not a problem when the product is so delicious. However, I saw they made three cold drinks while my shots sat. It was odd to me that they would pour my shots and not be preparing the milk. So the barista asked me if he could help me. I told him that I was concerned that my shots sat a long time and that this would affect the quality of my drink. The Barista shook his head and said 'not necessarily' and walked away. And my drink was not right. 1st REVIEW today: The highlight was the fig butter danish. This was absolutely delicious and a must try for any fig aficionados. What wasn't great was the latte prep. My shots sat and tasted burnt taking away from what should have been an awesome seasonal flavor latte. I ordered a fig and date latte. Being a fan of both it felt like the best choice. The counter service was great. She let me know the danish served cold was the way to go. The lobby is beautiful. It was busy which is a testament to their success in many areas. Last time I was here my hot latte was amazing tasting. This time my shots tasted sour and bitter this time and overpowered every other flavor.

The one in Lemoore is where I visit most, since it's right off the freeway and en route. They have many great lattes, but their seasonal eggnog latte is probably the best I've ever had! Pistachio latte is also a go-to for me! They also have an amazing taco shop inside now. When I first started coming, they were in a taco truck parked outside. They recently moved in. I've been trying different items from the menu since they were in the parking lot. So if you need to grab coffee or lunch, and get gas, stop here! There's also a drive-thru for the coffee! I was excited to try this place out, however I was deeply disappointed. Once you get inside the gas station, you go over to the coffee counter and order your drink. I wasn't sure on what to get and noticed the flyer on the counter. So I went with the Bad and Boujee. The 3 shots of espresso got my attention, therefore I ordered a large and iced. The sign also said that the "hot" drinks are not filled to the top, so I didn't even think that my drink would apply. Once you're done ordering they give you a receipt and you take that to the actual gas station main counter, where you pay for gas, which is locations to the right of them as soon as you enter. It was pricey. Their iced large is priced at $5.15. They have indoor seating to the right side as soon as you enter. About three seating tables and a tall counter with about 4-5 barstools. When you're seating there you cannot see the coffees that are ready. That being said, once your coffee is ready, it's placed on the counter to the left of where they took your order. You just had to make sure you stood in front of it until your drink is ready, since they don't call out orders. And to my surprise, I received a half empty/half full cup of coffee. I was really looking forward to my LARGE iced drink. The drink itself was delicious. I mean, 3 shots of espresso and 3 pumps of white mocha. Yum.! I was just disappointed that the girl working there didn't mention that the drink would only come half full. I even expressed my excitement towards the need for the large when I was ordering and we made it known that it was our first time trying it. I wouldn't have minded paying extra to top it off. I was just disappointed that it was mentioned. However I finished my drink in about 4 sips. The espresso was good along with a ton of ice. My friends that came with me ordered the same thing except they paid extra for them to add oat milk that way it would be topped off. The pricing wasn't bad. They were charged an extra .70cents. Overall the pricing was good. The drinks were delicious. It was just the customer service for me.

Think of it as a bubbly iced americano. I really dig this drink because it offers a refreshing element you don't normally get with coffee, making it a great option for a midday caffeine craving, even when it's hot outside. While the food selection is small, they do offer avocado toast and a few sweet pastries. You can enjoy your beverage in their small indoor seating area or take it to go!

Kind of small space inside with tables full when we arrived. We ordered at the counter, a matcha for my friend, a plain latte with cinnamon for me, and avocado toast to share. My friend didn't like her matcha that well, and the avocado toast was ok. There wasn't much avocado but a lot of feta and balsamic which kind of overpowered everything else. I couldn't taste the avocado. My latte was good. We ended up asking someone to share their table because there were no tables available. The art is interesting, and service was quick. However, I probably won't be back again unless I am in the area and in need of a plain coffee.
