COVID`19 PHASE: Masks are worn by workers along with a shield at the checkout desk. Pretty clean. They have a nice rewards program. I bought 1 Replenish drink and got another for free. They are really good to have with the heat. They do exactly what they are called and taste good too! The store has everything from candy and lunch items to sodas, alcohol and much more! This is probably my favorite 7/11. Minor mishap the other night THURSDAY NIGHT. Why do i remember this so distinctively?! Because it was inventory night. WELL if your STORE has a shelf, signage, and display cases that advertise 3/$3 on select items. Please do me and the rest of the line a favor just honor the damn thing. Literally. Inside the whole damn store. It's either 3/$3 (large candies) and 3/$2 smaller regular smegular size. Me being a noninvasive patron, "forget it i don't need it, there's a long ass line that wraps into the aisles, I'll just get whatever else." Cashier: "that's soooo weird, it worked for hers but not yours. Me: it's on your display cases, it's in your signage, it's throughout the whole store. But let me not hold up the line. LEFT. But i went back the next day for coffee love it here! They're always fully stocked! Soda machines are cleaned every 2 nights. (I happen to go every 2 days) and i see them clean them. So I'm assuming it's every time i go or more (daily) LOL. Anywho! 5/$4 grilled item!! Bloody heckle yes! Soda! And you receive a thousand points on their app?! Whatever that means another heckle yes! I've been going to 7-Eleven's all over the valley and this is the only store that charges 1.49 for a small refill soda. All the other 7-Eleven's charged $.99 for soda refill. I wouldn't go back to this store. Also the store was very dirty. read more

I went in with my Ghost shirt on, a band, and the owner looked at my shirt continued to stare me down and rolled his eyes. Yes, its a satanic band. But that shouldn't matter. People at work don't just roll their eyes and give dirty looks to religious people with shirts that say I love Jesus or some dumb stuff. There needs to be more respect, IDC about the background or what they believe in. Be more professional. This is my neighborhood 7-11. I went into the store this morning with my own cup as when you do, the customer received a dollar off discount. I've been bringing in my own cup at this store (Bullard/Fresno) off and on for a few months after one of the morning clerks (who is no longer there) tipped me off on this 7-11 policy as well as told me to install the app on my phone and have it scanned every time I get coffee as the 7th coffee is free (any size). When I entered the store I got the clerk's attention and showing my cup and said "refill" which she acknowledged. I got my coffee, went up to the counter to pay and this clerk starting talking angrily in her native language to the other clerk (a family member) and I could tell she was talking about me. I was charged for the coffee and had my phone placed on the counter so the clerk could scan the app. She took my money and with a fake smile on her face told me that I needed to present the app for scanning BEFORE paying. I told her that this was the first time I've heard of this "rule of engagement" as I've never had to do this before. Prior to today, the clerks has always scanned my phone regardless. I just chalked this up to this family-owned franchise as being money-hungry and cheap, not wanting to honor the rules set forth by the corporate office (they do get reimbursed the cost) There is another 7-11 at Blackstone/Bullard and one at Blackstone/Sierra and even though this Bullard/Fresno location is my neighborhood 7-11, I will NEVER step foot in this store again and will patronize one of the other close by 7-11. I know the owner(s) at the Bullard/Fresno store couldn't care less whether a regular customer comes in or not as their store gets a lot of traffic. But a bad review is something no store needs and that's why I'm writing this to let anyone who reads this review know how money-grubbing and dishonest this family-owned story is. Also the next time the female clerk wants to complain in their native tongue about a customer to their sister or sister-in-law in front of that customer, don't--wait until they leave otherwise your store may get put on blast in a Yelp review. read more

This store ripped me off for $5 lottery ticket. I had used my debit card and gave them a winning ticket and they said my card did not go through so the ticket paid for the items that i bought when i left i called and they had charged my card and took my lottery ticket ....I called them back and told them and he told me to call and tell someone else that he did not charge me too much... read more

Wow tonight I had the worst service Ever at this store-by some employer named Rocky or Rocko- thx 2 him I will now be walking the extra 1/2 mile to Valero for any/all business in the future. This guy was SO RUDE to me- and I'm not rude to anyone! How ironic! All I did wanted was a $2 scratcher which I attempted to buy w/ a dollar bill and some loose change of which 15-20 cents were pennies-the guy gets this disgusted look on his face and starts huffing and puffing and shaking his head while counting my change- he made such a spectacle I thought he was just joking and I laughed and said well atleast its not All in change- but then he slapped my change back on the counter and took my scratcher back saying he doesn't have to sell it to me! Confused, I asked but money is money right? He said no he doesn't have to take that money and so I asked if this was his store- he said no I can call the mgr and hell say the same. So I asked for the number and then he said to come back in the am and talk to him. I couldn't believe it- it wasn't busy, matter of fact there weren't even any other customers! Grrr- and I've given them so much $ in just this past week alone, he had the nerve to treat me like that because I was paying $1 w/ change?? I'm gonna show the boss my visa statement so he can see just how much business he lost over that dollar. Idk if this was really about change, perhaps he doesn't like POOR PEOPLE or WOMEN, all I know is I wasn't disrespectful or disruptive to have otherwise provoked this DISCRIMINATION and let me tell you, I'm gonna be really p&ss#d if I hear of anyone winning big off the $2 ticket I couldn't buy read more
