Love this stop place every time we go to San Francisco! Great quality of beef jerky! And customer service is amazing!

After filling up at this gas station, I noticed the gas seemed to burn through far faster than what I normally experience from the same amount of fuel elsewhere. The difference was significant enough that I questioned the quality of the gasoline. I cannot independently verify what is in their fuel, but based on my experience, something did not feel right. I also would not recommend using a credit card directly at the pump. If you have to stop here, I would personally pay inside or use another payment method rather than risk putting my card into the pump reader. Gas is already expensive enough. When you fill your tank, you should be able to trust that you are receiving quality fuel and that your payment information is being handled securely. My experience left me with very little confidence in this station. I will gladly drive farther and pay a few cents more per gallon somewhere I trust. Use caution. Pay attention to your mileage after filling up. And personally, I would avoid paying at the pump. read more

E-Z Trip Shell - Loaded and stopping for gas headed to L.A. - Gas Stations Near Me - Fresno, California

Same old unfixed pump. I was parked behind a guy today at the same pump. As he struggled to keep holding the handle up I finally went to a different pump. And the staff, dull, unpleasant, demeanor. They act so unhappy to be there. Smile it uses fewer muscles.... read more

Just had a fraudulent Comdata charge from this place, only been here 2 times months ago. Site maybe collecting card info! Beware as your card is held at desk while you pump!!! Reported. read more

Gas price is good, never gone inside so can't speak to that. But it smells like a toilet even outside and somehow everyone gets confused on how to get to a pump or move around so they definitely need some directions. Getting in off the freeway is fairly easy but getting back out is another story, you pull straight out into a street which is fairly busy. read more

I was at the gas station around 315 putting in gas I walked in the gas station to use my credit card. Normally they don't ask me for ID but today they ask me for I'd but I felt like they were stereotyping me at this gas station because normally I don't get asked id using my credit card to be 100% honest the businessman in a suit wouldn't be ask for ID but in casual clothes being a brother they will always ask me for my ID using my credit card getting gas The only good thing that happened at the gas station was the security guard open the door for me read more

Cheapest gas in Fresno! Needs some directional arrows for the gas station so people don't come in from all directions like they were and clogging up the lines but other than that no complaints. read more

Connie was very nice when I went in and paid. 5 stars. Thanks Connie! I'll be back next time I need to fill up.

Best customer service and nice new attendant! Always my go to for gas when visiting. Great gas prices and code by a Starbucks

These people are selling biofuel it's going to mess up your engine and a lot of people don't understand plus where they sell the diesel it's all rotten there and it looks like Diesel's going into the ground from the pumps the EPA should come check it out and if you want to buy diesel with your debit card he wants to charge you $2 fee these are very bad people read more

This is my gas station, I go here every time I fill up. Cheapest gas in all of Fresno. A must check out.

Cashier Connie was super rude and judge mental by far worst customer service. I asked for 50$ on pump number 7 and confirmed with her 3 times it was the right pump and she put it on the wrong one. Didn't offer me a refund or fix the issue instead she went on to tell me that it was my mistake and there's nothing I can do. I asked for corporate number of someone of authority I can speak to and she ignored the question and went off saying I don't know how things work and started question if I had a job and diverting from the fact that she messed up. read more

Worst gas station ever. Tried to get diesel fuel people in the store we're fighting with each other took almost 40 minutes to get gas We heard other disgruntled reviews, now we know they are true! read more

I've been fueling my semi truck here for years. I have a breathing issue and can't wear a mask especially in the Fresno heat. The owner or manager kicked me out for not having a mask. POS never even considered that i may have a breathing issue.. never give these A$$h@!€s any more money.. lousy and dirty fuel pumping area anyway. read more

Great prices, fantastic customer services. Highly recommend.

Misleading signage. Freeway signage stated a price per gallon and the first digital sign at their location notes same lower price, but whe you pull in to actually get the gas at the pump, it's a higher credit price to pay with your debit card. Wouldn't even have pulled off the Freeway as we could've paid the higher price anywhere, with easier on/off access. read more

What a bunch of crap, just called them and they told me they can't give that information out.all I ask was wht gas prices are.

They shut down over half the pumps, one of which we were in line for in the middle of a 20 car rush to fill a semi truck. They are crowded and have terrible customer service. They left 3 pumps running and caused a massive inconvenience for everyone involved. read more

Should a gas station cause melancholy? The old gas station I used to go to when I knew I was leaving town and heading back home has since been destroyed (what happens when you are gone for 2 years) and so this place is the new sign of my departure. I mean it's just a gas station but it sits on the remote outskirts of town facing the horizon in a way that makes you think of easier times and how much time has passed each time you prepare to get back on the road. read more

This is my first very negative review. This establishment has been renamed E-Z Trip 76 as of early this year. It is essentially the same gas station only it now pumps 76 gas instead of Shell. Nothing else has changed, not the store not the employees, not all the billboards down highway 99. I am all but certain they are committing fraud. Not just to it's customers but also it's supplier, Union 76(British petroleum) and possibly the State of California. The problem is if they think your tired or not paying attention they will void out the receipt and charge full credit price. Hence ripping of the customer directly and indirectly ripping of 76 as they reimburse stations for using Union 76 cards. The first time I got ripped of it was a female attendant and she said the system hadn't been updated yet from the switch over from Shell to 76. I sort of believed that A month later after a very hard days work the total jerk male attendant pulled similar nonsense. The price at the diesel pump read $144.xx and he voided that out and charged just over $151. When I complained he said it was credit. I said "76 card same as cash" he said the discount would show up after I swiped the card. It didn't. Then he said it would be discounted on my bill which I definitely didn't believe but I was very tired as he likely observed which is why he ripped me off. Obviously there was no discount. Several months past since being ripped off and today they ripped me off yet again, looking tired as I was. This time the attendant was wholly arrogant but used the exact same lines like he'd done it a million times before and no one's called him on it yet. It's credit, it will show up after you swipe it, it will show show up on your bill. I "will" contact 76 tomorrow to see if there actions are fraudulent concerning British Petroleum or simply horrible business practice. read more
