Gas price is good, never gone inside so can't speak to that. But it smells like a toilet even outside and somehow everyone gets confused on how to get to a pump or move around so they definitely need some directions. Getting in off the freeway is fairly easy but getting back out is another story, you pull straight out into a street which is fairly busy. read more

Cashier Connie was super rude and judge mental by far worst customer service. I asked for 50$ on pump number 7 and confirmed with her 3 times it was the right pump and she put it on the wrong one. Didn't offer me a refund or fix the issue instead she went on to tell me that it was my mistake and there's nothing I can do. I asked for corporate number of someone of authority I can speak to and she ignored the question and went off saying I don't know how things work and started question if I had a job and diverting from the fact that she messed up. read more

I've been fueling my semi truck here for years. I have a breathing issue and can't wear a mask especially in the Fresno heat. The owner or manager kicked me out for not having a mask. POS never even considered that i may have a breathing issue.. never give these A$$h@!€s any more money.. lousy and dirty fuel pumping area anyway. read more

Misleading signage. Freeway signage stated a price per gallon and the first digital sign at their location notes same lower price, but whe you pull in to actually get the gas at the pump, it's a higher credit price to pay with your debit card. Wouldn't even have pulled off the Freeway as we could've paid the higher price anywhere, with easier on/off access. read more

They shut down over half the pumps, one of which we were in line for in the middle of a 20 car rush to fill a semi truck. They are crowded and have terrible customer service. They left 3 pumps running and caused a massive inconvenience for everyone involved. read more

This is my first very negative review. This establishment has been renamed E-Z Trip 76 as of early this year. It is essentially the same gas station only it now pumps 76 gas instead of Shell. Nothing else has changed, not the store not the employees, not all the billboards down highway 99. I am all but certain they are committing fraud. Not just to it's customers but also it's supplier, Union 76(British petroleum) and possibly the State of California. The problem is if they think your tired or not paying attention they will void out the receipt and charge full credit price. Hence ripping of the customer directly and indirectly ripping of 76 as they reimburse stations for using Union 76 cards. The first time I got ripped of it was a female attendant and she said the system hadn't been updated yet from the switch over from Shell to 76. I sort of believed that A month later after a very hard days work the total jerk male attendant pulled similar nonsense. The price at the diesel pump read $144.xx and he voided that out and charged just over $151. When I complained he said it was credit. I said "76 card same as cash" he said the discount would show up after I swiped the card. It didn't. Then he said it would be discounted on my bill which I definitely didn't believe but I was very tired as he likely observed which is why he ripped me off. Obviously there was no discount. Several months past since being ripped off and today they ripped me off yet again, looking tired as I was. This time the attendant was wholly arrogant but used the exact same lines like he'd done it a million times before and no one's called him on it yet. It's credit, it will show up after you swipe it, it will show show up on your bill. I "will" contact 76 tomorrow to see if there actions are fraudulent concerning British Petroleum or simply horrible business practice. read more
