Apparently it was a line of people waiting to enter the bakery they didn't open until 9:00 we had 5 minutes left to wait until they opened. Once they open my mom decided to get some croissants and some lemon bars to take home. There is plenty of parking in the area because it's a shopping area. Okome offers so many options, very hard to pick but I decided to go with the chef's special, matcha corn latte. It wasn't displayed on their big menu but I saw it on the kiosk. I've never seen this flavor offered before at any cafe with matcha so I had to try it for myself. Typically you only see corn coffee, but never a corn matcha. The drink was not too sweet (100% sweetness), very natural, and the matcha flavor and quality was good! I was surprised the flavors worked well together. If ever in the area again, I would definitely come back to try other drinks and food.
