The flavor of the pizza is similar to Me n Ed's but in my opinion better, the cheese & pepperoni taste super fresh. They like to make sure you get fresh pizza as well! The pepperoni is fire but the honey ur hot is my FAVORITE!! I don't live too far so Instead of driving, I walked to the store just to grab me & my daughter a slice! :) Grabbing a full pizza later today and I'll be updating my review with better pictures. ! :)

I really enjoy visiting Peacock Market, a longtime Oldtown Clovis staple that has been serving the…read morecommunity since 1960. Blending historic charm with a modern touch, it is far more than just a convenience store--it is a neighborhood institution. Inside, the market houses a bodega-style setup featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of local vendors, including Miguel's Salsa and Taqueria, one of my favorite local eateries. Having access to high-quality, artisanal, and locally sourced food in such a convenient and accessible location makes it a standout in Oldtown Clovis. Beyond its specialty food vendors, Peacock Market also excels in its everyday offerings. I can usually find my favorite chips, candies, and king-sized chocolate bars, along with an impressive variety of Asian candies and snacks that are often hard to come by elsewhere in the area. Their beverage program is equally notable. The market carries a unique and curated selection of spirits and drinks, including craft beers and hard-to-find whiskeys and tequilas, making it a go-to spot for discovering something special. What I appreciate most, though, is the atmosphere. As a local, veteran-owned business, Peacock Market serves as a welcoming community hub--especially for local veterans. It is clean, well-lit, and inviting, with a friendly, neighborhood feel that keeps people coming back.

Unfortunately, I didn't find anything on this visit. There were empty boxes from vintage candies that were flipped upside down, but no candies. Bummer. Hard working ladies behind the counter whipping up good food at a decent price. Torta is $8.49, tacos are only $2 asada fries $10. Everything looks good here but I stick to the asada tacos. Tacos are bigger than a standard street taco with plenty of meat no gristle and seasoned right. The mild salsa is actually mild and flavorful so I can stomach it. I don't come this way very often but when I do it's a treat.

This review is purely for the breakfast burrito place inside the gas station. The burrito was ok,…read morebut super dry and needed all of the salsa that I was given. This burrito area reminds me an omelet station you'd see in a hotel. You have the option of grabbing a premade burrito or have them make for you on the spot. All of the fixings are individual heated containers; sausage, bacon, chorizo, cheese, peppers, potatoes, and maybe a few more items. I didn't see eggs, which I believe are made fresh? There was a person ready to serve you if you wanted to create your burrito. I went with the premade option which is probably why my burrito was dry. It was sitting under a heat lamp. Still though, get a little salsa in there and maybe add more chorizo? I will most likely be back and opt for the fresh made option. "Extra chorizo please!"
