Collect Coffee Bar is easily one of the best cafés I've been to in Fresno!!…read more The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the food is great, and the drinks are delicious. I love how they blend Middle Eastern flavors with a modern, everyday café menu - it feels unique but still comforting. They even offer free water, which is always appreciated. Since it's located near Fresno State, it's usually buzzing with college students and has a lively, energetic vibe. I also love that their menu is always evolving, so there's always something new to try. Definitely a go-to spot for studying, hanging out, or just grabbing a really good coffee.

You order at the counter and they bring you your food. They missed an item we ordered, and what did come was very meh. The egg skillet thing was very insubstantial for the price. 2 little eggs topped with a bunch of very salty cream sauce with a slice of toasted sourdough. The crowaffle was mid and the lattes we ordered were not great. Not much flavor, just super sweet. Also $1.50 add on for oat milk is pretty ridiculous. You want great flavorful coffee, go to Chez Maryse. My daughter got the chia seed pudding and lavender latte which she said was gross and gave her stomach problems afterwards. She had come here before bc everyone she knew seems to love this place- BUT she thought it wasn't that great but ended up receiving a bunch of gift cards to use. I don't think we will come here again though - there are way better options.

You're able to order online, self-order, and order at the counter. We went around 9:00am and it was busy. I'm not sure if the service was going to start or had just finished because the parking lot was full. We ordered at the self-order which our orders came out quick for it being busy, but you can only order drinks at the kiosk. My mom had to get in line to get food. I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk. It was too sweet and didn't really have a taste of matcha. My mom ordered a tea and said it was good, but a bit too sweet. If I come back, I would try a coffee drink instead!

They offer tons of space, both indoor and outdoor, with plenty of tables and couches inside for working or conversation. There's also a book nook area for parents with kids. I ordered the cold brew with one pump of sugar-free hazelnut syrup and a sausage breakfast burrito. The coffee was delicious and I really enjoyed the sugar-free syrup option. I was surprised at how big the breakfast burrito was and double surprised at how tasty the Verde salsa was! Like I said, this is a very spacious coffee shop, but this place was packed on a Wednesday morning at 10 AM and it did not slow down for the entire hour and a half I was here! I highly suggest bringing noise canceling headphones because it was very loud in here and it might not be the best place to take a work phone call. I'm not a churchgoing person, but I could see myself bowing at the altar of caffeine here every once in a while.
