The slightly chewy texture makes the drink even more enjoyable. My daughter always gets the Matcha Crema, and we've been here a few times now. We still end up ordering the same drinks every visit because they're our favorites. The shop is small, but there are a few tables inside if you want to sit and enjoy your drink. There are also a few tables outside, and I've seen people relaxing or studying there. The employees have always been friendly, and they've made my drinks exactly the way I asked every time. Every few months, they manage to come up with creative flavors that you can't find anywhere else. This Fall, they have Slutty Caramel Apple, Miso Maple, and Abuelita's Vietnamese Mocha, just to name a few. The drinks always look super cute and photogenic, but they taste even better than they look. I love that Sip makes their syrups and foams in-house and whisks their matcha to order, because you can really taste the freshness in the drinks. The matcha flavor is present, but not bitter like some of the more popular OC spots. This balance allows you to taste the seasonal flavors along with the matcha. Their espresso drinks are very smooth and do not taste acidic or burnt at all. There is almost always a line out the door when you visit on the weekends, but it moves quite quickly. Inside, Sip's decor is welcoming and unpretentious, with a picnic-style vibe. They always put up themed decorations and display some matcha, coffee beans, and merch for sale along the wall. Seating is limited, but there is usually a spot to sit while you wait for your drinks, either outside or inside. I have seen some people study/work in the seats near the bar, but I would not recommend because of the crowds. Sip is located in a large plaza, so there is plenty of parking. Whereas it overpowered the matcha flavor. They want to guarantee satisfaction so they told us they'd remake it. While it's not my preference, it's not bad, so I kept mine. I'm just so grateful they were kind enough to offer the remake. I'd definitely come back.

Great drinks, service or ambiance means nothing when it becomes a serious health scare. This can't be simply brushed off as a small mistake; you jeopardized someone's wellbeing.

While I was there I saw their glorious casing of pastries and I couldn't resist. I ordered and enjoyed: 2 Garlic Bread ($5.35/each), Chocolate Croissant ($6.60), Almond Croissant ($6.85), Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread ($4.75) and 2 Macarons ($3.20). Their pastries are fantastic. My boyfriend doesn't enjoy sweets as much as I do so that garlic bread was good for it. The croissants were really flakey and flavorful. I enjoyed the bread. For the macarons I was given a third one as a thanks for all the items I orders and I liked all 3. Yum! Wish I could come back to support the business, especially with their incredible coffee, but I was told that they will be closing on 7/31/26. I'm so sad I didn't discover them sooner. I wish them all the best and hope they re-open in the future.

We were in this , 7-11 store most recently. The store was not that very busy. A very nice customer waved at the cashier just to get a hot dog. The cashier went off and became enraged in hostile anger. The employee is from : India. The employee is slightly over weight. He has a mustache with gray and black hair. This is the very same at will employee that smokes cigarettes in front of this , 7- Eleven. He is suppose to smoke 50 feet away from a business. The cigarette smoke causes second hand smoke. Women walk by with innocent children . Some women are pregnant. The at will employee does not care about paying customers. This very same cashier , yelled at a nice customer. He ordered the paying customer to not call him : Sir. Rather to call him : Dave. Not all new visiting customers know his name is Dave. The nice customer changed his mind. Did not buy a hot dog. The biggest part of at will employees working at , 7- Eleven is customer service. If one employee can't do the job another can. This is the very same employee feeding pigeons bread. Bread is bad for pigeons. Also the feces from pigeons is toxic if breathed in. He might not know this. Another thing the touching of food. There are only three ways to touch food. ( 1.) Clean disposable plastic gloves. Provided the hands are properly cleaned first. The plastic gloves do not touch : Boxes, metal counter tops, shelves or any thing else. This is cross contamination. The other way to touch food is: ( 2.) Clean sanitized tongs. The tongs should be kept clean . To avoid cross contamination and bacteria build up. ( 3.) The other way to touch food is a clean sanitized spatula. Only some of the employees that work here are aware of the , F.D.A. Code: 3-301.11. D. This is known as the food handling code. Third paragraph, third sentence. Most of the employees have excellent customer service skills. Not Dave. He was allowing a elderly female white adult a homeless women to loiter in front of the , 7- Eleven she was yelling at customers and use profanity. This is disturbing the peace for using offensive language. Dave was ok with her cussing out customers. He had no problem with it. Plus: Dave was allowing other homeless vagrants to stand out in front of , 7-Eleven and bother customers. Loitering is a violation of: Calif. Penal Code: 647g. Using yelling and profanity is a violation of: Calif. Penal Code: 415. If Dave does not mistreat all customers. This is selective enforcement. A violation of : Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. When he was hired he promised in writing to not violate any prohibited act against public policy. If his unprofessional acts are not approved of in his employee hand book. This is a breach of implied contract. A violation of Calif . Civil Codes: 3330 and 3400. Breach of Implied contract. grounds for termination. It will be nice when robots can replace lame duck empty suites that can't do their job. Bad customer service. This is the problem when we have foreigners from another company buy a American franchise. They strive to ignore laws of America. They strive to do things as though they are still back in their country. There is no crime in nicely and professional referring to a male cashier as : Sir. Even the military encourages the military to call a male Sir. Or female : Miss. Bad customer service. Avoid this place. read more

We briefly happen to be in the area. We came here. We were utterly shocked as the franchise owner of this particular , 7 - 11 franchise turned a blind eye on the homeless female Hispanic adult vagrant. She was blocking the side walk with her shopping cart. She was observed yelling and using lots of profanity. The employees of this , 7-Eleven did nothing. They must not have children ? We had to cover the ears of the children. The small female Hispanic homeless female was cursing and using profanity. This is disturbing the peace. Calif. Penal Code: 415. Under offensive language. It might be that some of the employees of this , 7- Eleven are homeless vagrant sympathizers. Maybe the employees can find this homeless vagrant a homeless shelter . In stead of allowing her to yell and use profanity ? Where does the franchise contract tell the franchise owner to allow homeless vagrants to stand in front of the store bother paying customers? As we know : Most homeless vagrants have disease. Some have : Hepatis A. This is a very dirty disgusting disease cause by dirty filthy homeless vagrants. It comes from the anal. Why? Most dirty filthy vagrants refuse to take showers. Its contagious . Is this , 7-Eleven franchise going to take complete responsibility if a customer gets sick and hospital bills? So if the answer is no. Then why are they allowing a female Hispanic homeless dirty vagrant to stand in front of this , 7- Eleven and call people names. Or Use the : F word ? This is hazing. A violation of : Calif. Gov. Code: 12900. Note: If these employees care so much about this homeless vagrant so much. Then find a homeless shelter for her. Or take her home with you. This incident in regards to the female Hispanic homeless vagrant was observed : May 24, 2019. Friday. The approximate time was : Between : 11:00 A.M., and 12:00 P.M. The shocking thing is the employees of this , 7-Eleven had complete knowledge of this dirty filthy homeless vagrant standing in front of this , 7-Eleven . They new she was yelling and using profanity. This profanity is offensive to many Christian beliefs. Note: 7 - Eleven is suppose to be a family friendly environment . I hope some one calls the corporate office. To do anything out side of the franchise implied contract, is a breach of implied contract . Calif Civil Codes: 3300-3400. Grounds to terminate the franchise contract. Note: The at will employees of this , 7- Eleven are required to make this a safe environment . Some homeless vagrants are very violent. In Hollywood many homeless vagrants have actually stabbed tourist . Some have : HIV. From: Drugs. Note : The only people standing in front or on the sides of : 7- Eleven should be paying customers coming into the , 7 -Eleven or leaving the , 7- Eleven store. Is this , 7-Eleven going to pay hospital bills if some one catches a deadly disease from these dirty filthy homeless vagrants ? Every disease including : HIV and Hepatitis A ? Bad customer service. This is a fairly good 7-11. Its pretty clean . The staff are very nice. Note: My question is why does management allow possibly homeless vagrants to loiter or hang out in front of the store? Calif. Penal Codes: 647 g and 555.2 ?How does this help business? Loitering is the act of just hanging out. With out making any purchases . Next: Is there any reason we have some , that get in some customer's space cushion? Every customer should have one arm space cushion. In the front and in the back. I realize some have different cultures . Note: If a person has another culture we are not back in a country with a different culture. We are in America. So we treat people like we would like to be treated. All customers should have one arm space cushion. This may help from being pick pocketed. They just look at you like you're f*ckin crazy. They have zero common courtesy and common sense! DONT GO! just go to jack's liquor! or the 7-11 on euclid & warner is a lil better. Today was no different and I got 3 racks that I will be making later this week. However, the real reason that I am reviewing today is due to the help that myself and the cashier was able to give to another customer. This lady wanted to buy strawberries like I did, and she did I not have the app available on her phone, so I was able to buy them for her with the discount because the coupon was for 2 packages and I was only getting one package. I have been to some places and they won't let you help other customers. Thankfully here they did, so I did. Thanks

I'm extremely upset and disappointed with how I was treated here. I arrived at 11:55 PM, five…read moreminutes before the posted closing time of 12:00 AM, because I literally just needed to grab some milk. A man was walking in ahead of me, and the security guard let him inside. But as soon as I approached the entrance, the guard closed the door on me and told me they were closed. I pointed out that it was only 11:55 and that the sign clearly says they close at midnight. I even explained that I only needed milk and would be in and out. His response? "Too bad. We close five minutes before every day." Seriously? Then why does your sign say you're open until 12:00 AM? What made this even worse was that as I was walking away, another man came up to the door AND THE SAME SECURITY GUARD LET HIM IN. So apparently the store wasn't actually closed. He just decided who he was going to let inside. What kind of customer service is this? If you close at 11:55, POST 11:55 AS YOUR CLOSING TIME. And if you're going to refuse entry because you're "closed," then that rule should apply to everyone, not selectively depending on who walks up to the door. Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly disrespectful. WTH are you guys doing?

The rest of the crew riding in ths big Suburban need some too and to use the restrooms as well. I wanted to do a last chack of my work stuff emails on my laptop too. Thw WIFI was fine here for that. I just tell the crew to put all the orders on my tab and I pay with my Starbucks card. I get my thermo travel mug filled and that should last me till the next stop some where up along the 5. The inside of this Starbuck's location is nice and clean and the servie was quick and efficient. I even get a little discount since I brought my own coffee cup, I think it's like 10 cents, so no big deal, but at least it's there. We all tank up and hit the road. Starbucks are life savers and sure beat truck stop coffee!

I had a car show that I was attending and wanted to grab a coffee beforehand and this one was right across the street. Located in a big shopping center, this one has plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about finding a place to park and it does have a drive-thru so that makes it easy. Now it was pretty early in the morning, around 7:00 a.m., I would have thought it would have been busier on a Saturday but there was a few people outside and a couple people inside so my order process was super quick. As I've said many times before, it's the people behind the counter that make the difference and this place was nice. Friendly, always greeted with a smile, and just generally helpful. Even though the drive-thru was fairly busy, they were able to get my order out in a pretty quick amount of time. Which is always nice, especially if you are on the run or going somewhere. Bottom line? It seems like you can't throw a rock down the street and not hit 15 Starbucks, however, when you find a good one it definitely should be added to your list. This one is definitely added to my list of will return to again.
