What a sight!! Food-wise, my friend and I ended up getting a Roasted Loaded Potato with cheese and bacon bits. We forgot to add seasoning (whoops ), but the bacon bits definitely added great flavor! We also ordered a Carne Asada Burrito from one of the taco stands, and it was so nice that they were able to customize it and cut it in half so we could share. The meat was super juicy and the cheese had that perfect "stretchy pull" when you try to take a bite lol. So much flavor!! As for samples, I got to try the Cinnamon Explosion from the Baby Mini Donuts booth and it was phenomenal!! There was also a Coconut Water booth where I sampled their Coconut Coffee, an interesting combo, but honestly something I'd come back and try again at full size despite not being a big coconut person. The app shows the order as "Complete/Picked Up," even though neither I nor anyone authorized by me received it. I spoke with an employee named Som and asked for help resolving the issue. Instead of assisting me or explaining what could be done, I was simply told that someone else had picked it up. His attitude was also rude and dismissive. My concern is not only that my prepaid order was given to the wrong person, but also how the situation was handled afterward. If a pickup order is prepaid, there should be an appropriate verification process before releasing it. I paid for an order that I never received and am now having to contact customer service myself to request a refund. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience.

I'm not a huge fan of having ice cream from the counter since the prices have significantly gone up, but I love coming here and buying a little bit of everything (food, snacks, supplements, ice cream quarts for friends, drinks, seasonal products and even dog toys and dog treats). I've been here quite often (we come here about 2x/month) especially because this location is dog friendly (your dog has to behave though or they can ask you and your dog to leave) and because I've bought a little bit from each aisle in this location (over the total amount of times that I've been here). I love that this location is open until midnight (I'm pretty sure they stop serving ice cream before midnight though) and there's been plenty of late nights that I've come here to buy something I need for late at night or last minute. There's usually always customers in this location shopping for something here and the employees have always been friendly and even talkative, at times. You can't tell that this location is located in Huntington Beach because they don't have a bunch of Beach items perpetually for sell or tons of clothes items with "Huntington beach" on them.
