Most recently we happened to stop in this gas station. We wanted some car gasoline . Yet the gas station is going through construction. We looked at the unsanitary disgusting old wrinkled hot dogs. The grill for the hot dogs is probably not even the correct heated temperature? The hot dog buns were very cold. There were no tongs for the hot dogs. The ice machine does not work. The subject was observed loitering at the front entrance doors of this gas station. Then the homeless vagrant was observed walking in between cars at this gas station. A paying customer informed the cashier employee of this gas station. It did appear all the cashier employee did was only talked to the homeless vagrant. The homeless vagrant did not get off the property. The homeless vagrant stayed loitering going in between customer's cars. While the paying customers were putting gas. Then this homeless vagrant was again loitering at the front doors. The employee should have called the city police. The date of this observed incident was: August 16, 2019. There appeared to be a homeless male white adult loitering for a extensive amount of time in customer only bathroom.
