The refund was processed quickly and without any issues, but it was an inconvenience that could have been avoided if the transaction had been correct the first time.

Dead silence after that I was explaining that they shipped it at least 3 times before, again, silence. We just love this seasoning. I buy it for myself and my sister. Their website that states that they do ship. They need to update the website to say that they DON'T ship, if they really don't. Other than that, I do love this store when I visit with my husband when he is working.
