They are constantly out of stock of key items, their deals are not what they used to be, and their selection has gone drastically downhill. But all of that pales in comparison to the checkout experience. Kroger has the most obsolete self checkout in the industry, their front end is constantly understaffed, and it is incredibly poorly laid out. There are TONS of grocery stores in the mid cities. Go to Albertsons instead, they're far more pleasant.
