It was moist, rich, and you could actually taste the condensed milk in every bite -- which was the best part. It felt like a real tres leches dessert, not just a muffin with icing on top. Prices feel fair for the quality, the flavors are unique, and you can tell they care about what they make. Be patient when you visit because the place gets busy, which is always a good sign, but the service is still great. My favorite was the Horchata Latte (iced but i'm sure hot is also pretty good).
