I've stopped at this 7-Eleven multiple times and the staff have generally been polite, but a recent…read moreexperience using this restroom was concerning. Bathroom access required a keypad, which is understandable, however I was escorted to the door, and the code was deliberately concealed rather than shared. Once I got inside, I noticed the door lock had been taped over, preventing it from being locked from the inside which raised my privacy n safety concerns honestly. The bathroom itself was poorly maintained. Toilet paper wasn't properly stocked, floor was sticky, there was an exposed hole in the wall blowing hot air over the toilet, and handwritten graffiti "no smoking crack" had been left directly beneath the "no smoking" sign. I don't usually leave reviews for convenience store-gas stations, but this stood-out due to basic cleanliness and maintenance issues that should be addressed. With better oversight of the bathroom, this 7-Eleven could be much improved.

Biggest issue I have is the inconsistent pricing. I'm no stranger to bodega's but will typically default to my usual order. For example, I can get a medium size to go platter. it will be the same amount of food and the same food items but I could either be charged $8, $9 or $10.

As I finished it a police car parked in front of me. An officer got out and stood there staring at me. I then went to the drive thru ATM and left. This was early Sunday morning. The Bank was closed so a 7-11 employee would have been the one to call police. The lot was over 90% empty. There was a car to my left being repaired that was there before I was. There was a person on my right going through garbage cans looking for bottles. When I go into this 7-11 there is usually someone standing outside by the door. Sometimes they ask for money and sometimes they don't. When I was parked in front of the 7-11, I have had several instances of people coming up to the car asking for money. I regularly use this ATM and pay the Bank a fee to use it. As stated I was mot parked in front of the 7-11 but the Bank. Can a 7-11 employee make a Bank customer parked by the Bank leave. Here's what you do: Go in and grab a bagel, or in my case a Kaiser roll (with a piece of parchment paper of course), and hand it to the women at the deli counter. I order a bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon and extra cheese and it's perfect. Also for the price you really can't beat it (check the pics for pricing on breakfast). The deli counter is legit and has salads like chicken, egg and antipasto salad but you can also get beef patties and empanadas. It's also a convenient store with groceries, pet toys, candy, lotto, you name it. I love these spots in Suffolk County (think the east end's version of a bodega if you will). There's nothing like a good New York deli breakfast complete with a hot cup of coffee ... they make everything from heroes and hot plates, to cold cuts and salads. Because it's also a convenience store / mini grocery store, they tend to have most of what we need when we need it - milk, bread, eggs, coffee, chips, sweets, paper goods, condiments, frozen stuff, even a small section of cosmetics and such. It's handy to have around the corner when you don't feel like battling the full size supermarket. I have been here multiple times and seen associates removing products close to expiration, keeping only fresh items on the sales floor. When I got to the register none of the prices came up right neither one of the deals stated on the Display ( in pic ) were working the manager Alicia was called over to ask her. She was extremely rude from the very start. Rolled her eyes at me more than one time because it was Christmas clearance item that stated by two get one free good until today dec 28 and the other deal stated but 4 get one free. She blatantly said to me over and over about it's just a old xmiss item. Like I can deal with it. She didn't want to fix it at all. Then proceeded to get nasty to the young gentlemen on register and tell him to go rip down the stickers that's state buy two get one free. I did tell her I didn't like the way she was talking to him it was not his fault. Her response to me is I'm not being nasty I'm telling him what he can go and do you're telling him to pull down stickers that are good until the end of the day because you don't want to deal with giving me the discount. Said then proceeded to tell me she would call her manager she walked down one part of the store and back up the next one where my daughter was standing laughing with one of the other employees as she walked over to me and said no he won't do that for you and if you have a problem you can call him on Monday. So I stated that's fine but the deal will be over on Monday because it ends today so he can then tell me that it will not work because it's no longer going on not a problem. It was not about saving a couple of dollars it was not about getting more what I didn't like is the way she spoke down to me and the way she treated the gentleman at the register. I sat there for a minute walked around the store and got my daughter I came back and I bought all the Items but one that was in my pile and the gentleman behind the register looked at me kind of strange and laughed and I said to him it was not about the money it was about the way that I am treated I am in customer service for 20 years and I don't ever speak to anybody or give them any kind of disrespect whatsoever yes I was looking for a good deal yes I was trying to spend the least amount of $ But when I showed her the picture of both deals on the display all she had to do was nicely say to me I'm sorry but only one or the other will work for this item she didn't need to try to belittle me.

I came here today for the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine…read more Roughly 30 seconds after receiving it, I felt light headed. A staff member, who said that he was also an EMT, took my vitals. My pulse was racing at 160. My blood pressure skyrocketed to 182/111. The young man also gave me a small bottle of water, which did not help. My vitals did not stabilize. He, nor the pharmacist who administered the vaccine were equipped, to help me. They did little for me. The young man said that he has an EpiPen but that my symptoms did not require use of one. Lastly, he did not even given me a glucose tablet when I asked for one. I thought my blood sugar was also low. I thought that I was going to die and called my next of kin. Thank goodness I had my phone with me. Staff called an ambulance, which came in about 10 minutes. The crew wheeled me out of the store in a stretcher and said that I likely have vasovagal syncope, which is a rare adverse reaction to the vaccination. The MD at LI Community did not formally diagnose me with that. Dr M. merely said that I had a "fast heart rate and racing pulse" in response to the Pfizer vaccine. An RN administered IV fluids and continuously monitored my vitals. Staff also gave me an EKG and withdrew some blood for testing. I spent four hours in the ER before my vitals stabilized. Lesson learned: ONLY GO TO A VACCINATION SITE THAT HAS AN EMS, AMBULANCE AND MEDICAL STAFF ON PREMISES. Google research indicates that Pharmacy staff is not equipped to handle severe reactions to any vaccine. I should have done my due diligence before I selected Walgreens as my vaccination site. Addendum: The pharmacist, Jenny, did call me the next day to check my status. She also informed me that she will be reporting this incident to VAERS, as required by Federal law.

This place is the WORST pharmacy ever, one star is to much…read more Pharmacy staff is RUDE, and loves to deny you your legally prescribed medicine, They pretend that the scripts never make it their after the Dr. office trys to send multiple times. or when they do get them they will delete the script for being called in a day early even know it takes them longer than that to even fill it. Then a bean counter will deny you because they dont like the medicine being filled and want to lecture you about stuff they admit-ably dont know anything about. They text to say your Rx's are ready to pick up when their not constantly, and then wont change the phone number in the computer the number I never gave out. When they do actually fill a script they insist on never filling all your scrips at once, So you have to constantly keep coming back, cause you fill once late you must keep filling staggered forever or miss doses. I have better than 10 scripts and best case scenario it will take 6+ trips to fill my order that was called in all at the same time. Their also Expensive, but the rest of the store is fine its just the pharmacy that stinks. Mater fact the store manager is a great guy.
