I then went to get a tuneup and explained how I thought it may be the spark plugs. Russ fixed them within a couple of house for $140! My experience with auto places as been full of sleezy men who make me feel uncomfortable and overcharge me under the manipulation they are "giving me a deal". It's caused me to procrastinate super long just to avoid the anxiety of going to the auto shop. I was so relieved at the friendliness of all of the employees here and I truly feel this place is not in the business of swindling you. Got here and not only was the tire completely flat it came off the rim. The guys were closing up shop but because they recognized me as the girl who's there at least once a week to fill up "one of" her tires, they said they'd help me out. They took my car in, lifted it and checked ALL 4 of the tires for me. Had a slow leak around my rims which was causing me to be the sole contributor to their air machine. They charged $20/tire (most places charge at least $30) and I was ready to go in about 10 mins. Awhile ago I came in for state inspection which took maybe 7 mins, they are super nice here and they seem to really know how to get you in, fix your problem and then get you out.
