Yuck! I live nearby and was craving a big gulp so decided to stop by 7-11. This is the 2nd time I've came and the ice machine is completely filthy! Looks like they haven't cleaned or sanitized this machine in months. I would not recommend anyone to get ice for their fountain drink here, it looks like it's carrying every strain of COVID. Luckily they're building a new 7-11 on Kimball by the airport so I don't have to go to this dirty location! read more

Parking lot is always dirty with trash, spilled drinks, and on one occasion, there was vomit in a stall by the front entrance. Employees lack enthusiasm with disgruntled faces. Oh and their ATM isn't temporarily out of service, IT ALWAYS IS! Every time I want to withdraw cash from here, I've had to drive to the 7-eleven on Archibald, like today! I think it's best to call them and ask if their ATM is working ahead of time--if they answer their phone. This 7-eleven gets a negative 11! read more

I'd hesitate before using your debit/cc here. I was super excited about this 7-Eleven. Having a gas station and convenience store so close to home was going to be great. It opened with great fanfare. The store was clean and everyone was friendly. The owners seemed really interested in the types of products the nearby residents wanted and we were promised new features were coming soon. Jump ahead a few months and requested products still aren't stocked, the delivery service is no where to be seen and the biggest offender, IMO, is the lack of tap to pay capability. Just a few days ago a cc skimmer was found to be installed on the POS terminal in the store. If tap to pay were installed their customers would have been more protected from ID theft and credit card fraud. When I asked about when we might expected Apple/Google Pay, etc was to be installed (like they previously told me it would be), my requested was dismissed as if it were absurd to ask. I was told those services would not be coming. Moreover, the guy straight lied to me and said 7-Eleven doesn't support such systems (they have since 2018 and are listed as an official partner on Apples website). But I'm sure we've all been to 7-Elevens that support Apple/Google Pay. There's a 7-Eleven about a mile from this location that accepts it at the pump and in the store. Their blatant disregard for consumer safety and privacy raises concerns. Do they just not care? read more

I try not leave bad reviews when the business is really trying... But they simply just don't care or have a sense of pride in ownership. We live in an amazing and clean community and then we have this dump in the middle of it. I say dump because the parking lot is always dirty. All kinds of trash on the floor... EVERYDAY. nobody cares to clean it regularly. Then you walk inside, and the filth continues. Floors are sticky and just messy in general. Attendants have zero personality. 7/24/19 I went there with my friend and the workers there were nice. The place was clean (considering it is brand new) And the bathrooms weren't dirty. The location is pretty ok and Ill probably be coming because the location is convenient. read more

Graveyard employee takes breaks from 12-3:30am can never go inside and sometimes pumps don't work to get gas

I went in there to purchase a 12oz RedBull. I gave the lady at the counter whose name starts with E and ends in R a 20.00 bill. She hands me my change without first counting It. She handed me a wad of bills and loose change. I count myself in front of her and realize she is trying to charge me seven and change for a 12oz Redbull. Guess she wasn't expecting me to count it and quickly asks for the money back. This time she gave me the correct change. Was it an honest mistake? Who knows, make sure to count your change. Also, what is it about 7/11's that attract panhandlers? You can't even put gas without getting hit up for change. read more

This is my favorite convenience store around! It's a brand new store, so nice and clean! The young guys working in there are from India same as my Husband so we always make small talk! Very friendly. Very cordial. I love this store! read more

This 7-11 sucks. That just it, they never have Chili for what's supposed to be a "chili dog" it's just flat out laziness. They have chili in the back just choose to never fill it or change it. Just recently moved here not too long ago. I love going to this particular 7-eleven just because its convenient and close to my apartment complex. The place is always clean, the staff is super friendly, and the gas prices are not as bad compared to others. It's quite similar to Costco. I think. But yeah, definitely a place I'll be going for a while now since I live here now. read more

Great professional 7-Eleven! I love this place. I mostly come into 7-Eleven's for coffee & gas, & this one is a top notch 7-Eleven with clean restrooms, clean stations, clean store & most importantly hot coffee with all stations open offering a variety of different flavors! The Eastvale 7-Eleven on Archibald & Schleisman needs to learn from this store, because the Eastvale one is a dump! Keep up the great work & Hot coffee! You guys know how to run a business! read more
