I was once in the drive-thru for 15-20 minutes, probably the longest I've been in a drive-thru. Some of the employees are really nice, others act like they're having a bad day. Then the prescription system shut down all of a sudden one time and I couldn't get my meds for a week and the pharmacy closed temporarily another time. There's also many times I go to get my prescription but 9 out of 10 times, they tell me it'll be ready in a couple hours, and I get annoyed because I wasted my time. If you need to buy things that are non-prescription related, just go to the ACME down the street

I actually asked to have another cashier take care of me to avoid her. I don't know her name but she's an older women African American maybe in her late 40s. sshes got a BAD attitude and made a smart commant to me about something. the last time I saw her which brought me to wright a complaint. this isn't how cashiers should ever treat customers. I've never been nervous to deal with a cashier before this women.

I'm not familiar with the rest of the area, but this placed seemed nice and safe. Other customers were coming through and the staff all knew them on a first name basis - seems like genuine service to me!

What really bothered me was that even after you paid, it felt like they were waiting to accuse you of stealing something. My friends that came with me had already paid and were waiting there for me to finish. As I was going through my transaction they kept looking at my friends, who had already paid, like they wanted to accuse them so badly of stealing what they just paid for.
