This Starbucks has always made our drinks correctly. This time I went with my kids to enjoy BOGO drinks and cake pops! There were many people in there that looked like they were busy on their laptops, so we didn't stay long. My kids can be pretty loud! I really liked my Red Velvet Cake slice & the kids seemed to enjoy the cake pops. We got the new Valentine ones. They have chocolate cake inside. I'm updating this review because they've improved. A LOT. I come here every morning, 7 days a week, because I live across the street. I always order mobile because I could no longer wait in the drive thru while the operator aevery patron's life story last fall (don't believe she's still at this location). But nevertheless, at least 5 days a week (71% of my visits), something is missing in my order and I stand there waiting for any of the workers who are talking to each other to acknowledge me, they never do, and I have to interrupt them and now I look like the asshole. And they never apologize, just hand me what was missing without looking at me, and return to their circle. read more

Everytime I order coffee they never put the ingredients that I list in. They forget the cold foam which is extra money, and they forget the add ins as well. But TODAY WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE, I received my brown sugar espresso that I added oat milk to and the coffee tasted BURNT and not only did it taste burnt, they never added the vanilla sweet cream cold foam which I PAID EXTRA FOR. Ordered at 7:45 for Uber Eats delivery. Was quoted 8:05 delivery. 2 hours later I finally got more order and it was cold. Uber Eats said the store did not have the order ready...very poor service. If you cannot process Your delivery orders, you have the option of closing your store, but to allow me to place an order for delivery that takes 2 hours to arrive is unacceptable. i often had problems with this starbucks but today i couldn't let this go. i got in the line as usual and obviously the wait was forever in drive through. i was there for 20 mins waiting for just a simple pink drink with LIGHT ICE and no strawberries included. i always get the same thing and rarely change it. ALMOST every single time the drink has HEAVY ice and i can't have a lot of ice because i have very sensitive teeth. but this time it was very heavy ice and the drink was darker than usual. i already knew it had little coconut milk and mostly strawberry juice. when i first saw it i was mostly worried about the ice so i asked if she could remove some of the ice thinking she will add more milk to fill it a little, but if anything it came back darker than before! she even gave me smart talk about it and it was very disrespectful. there's only one young man that is very sweet and funny and he always makes it correct so kudos to him! however the rest of the workers are disrespectful and obviously don't care what u ask for. if they won't make it the way u want they might include something ur allergic to when u ask for it off. watch yourself if u go here. (the picture on the left is usually what it looks like compared to the right which is the one i got today. just terrible and sour but i paid $6 so i have no choice but to drink it) the only reason i'll go back is for the young man who always makes it correctly and knows my bf so he always makes it right. proceed with caution. terrible way to treat customers. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I've been to!! I was amazed that the 2 staff members just did not seem to care. To think how much I pay for coffee there I just have to smh. With everything going on with Covid19 the inside isn't open and the line is typically pretty long. This Starbucks being new to Middletown, went above and beyond to make their customers feel welcomed and have a great experience at the new location. It was hot day, and one of the workers Leah, noticed me and a friend sitting outside and offered to bring us a cup of water, not only did she bring us a big cup of water, but also a sample of the new salted caramel frappuccino.
