I was in line for a car wash and noticed my receipt didn't print the full code. When I called to ask where the code was located, he said he could see it on his end. I politely asked if he could give it to me over the phone, and he very rudely said no. I then asked if he could please bring it out since there were four cars behind me, and again he chuckled and said no. When I explained that I couldn't move because there were cars in front and behind me, he hung up on me. Once I was finally able to drive through, I walked inside to request a refund due to how poorly I was treated. When I calmly mentioned that his customer service was unacceptable, he laughed in my face. I left feeling completely disrespected and shocked that someone representing a business would behave this way. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

In the past year they made some changes for security- seen people walk in and grab beer and leave. They have a security guard in the afternoon. Overall employees are friendly. Decent variety of meats and such. I understand some people don't like to shop here , since there are homeless people around, and inside - stealing or just buying - not good vibes. While there are some locations that pride themselves on cleanliness, this location isn't one of them. It's in a better area, so not sure what the deal is with the dirtiness. The floor here is filthy. We come here for sports drinks before going out to the soccer games, it gets the job done... I filed a complaint with the health department about this store. When I went back in, instead of apologizing for the state of their store, they were upset they had to clean it up and the manager, Onesimo, asked me not to come back. Outside of the discrimination and retaliation complaint I will now be filing, it just goes to show you where the priorities are here. They asked me why I didn't voice concerns and I told them I did repeatedly, tried calling the store, tried calling corporate and even said it was ok for the owner to call me. They never did, so I filed my complaint. After speaking with the health department inspector, I was told that their fridge unit was not working properly and that all their milk products were below temperature and had to be thrown out. They went back out and reinspected after they replaced their fridge unit. To top it all off, the owner called me and told me to go "f*** myself" DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE, SEND HIM OUT OF BUSINESS OR FORCE THE SALE

I learned from my mistakes and got the matcha with cold foam this time, and that was much better. Strong matcha flavor, and that classic deep green color. Would definitely get that again. The service itself is decent. I have ran into baristas sometimes that are more so apathetic, but I mean I guess how enthusiastic can you be about making coffee.
