I saved myself a bunch of money by switching to 7-Eleven for my coffee this morning instead of waiting in a long line to pay twice as much at the green siren people. Coffee is better, too. This is a larger store and it's a little fancier because of this part of town. Wide pump area that was well lit as dawn was breaking. No trash. Inside, a large selection of convenience items and snacks. The coffee area is tidy with the usual fixings including cups from small to gargantuan plus sweeteners and creamers of various varieties. The checkout person wasn't wearing a mask, which in these pandemic days is a thing for me. Broken pumps, credit card machines at pumps never work. Needs new ownership. Someone who cares and instead of deleting bad reviews on google actually does something to help the business when they see bad reviews. I would avoid this gas station. read more

Just went in to buy some things and the cashier was AWFUL. completely rude, wouldn't respond to a word I said or any question I had. Just looked down her nose at me. I don't EVER leave reviews but 7 eleven this woman is losing you business. If she's so damn unhappy to be there just let her go. read more

The black man with the glasses (shades) on was very helpful. Very polite and well composed. The store is packed because who doesn't want to play the lottery right now for a chance to call in to work and tell them.....you get the point. However, the lead, manager of this particular location - presented angry, frustrated, very unprofessional. I mean he cussed more than a store employee ever should in front of patrons. I mean I get it, it is busy - - - - the card machine on a register went down, he was super rude to one of his employees who handled it well and went outside. Moral of the story is - this was a unpleasant visit. The white man with intermittent teeth was the Manager if you ever are in this location, I hope he was just having a rough couple of hours and this is not his norm. read more

Just your average gas station. Looks a little nicer, I suppose to fit in with the surrounding shopping center and area. I paid $2.45/gallon today and the price seems on par with any other station in this part of Charlotte at the time of this review. This spot gets really crowded and has a rather limited number of gas stands. In one long strip, they look a bit unusual. The store features your usual 7-Eleven stuff. The Supermegaginormousultra Gulps. Some legit fried chicken that reminds me of my time hitting these places up in Japan. Not to mention the candy, snacks and drinks. If you come in here, I hope you won't need to take a left to get back out - it will be about impossible. It is relatively convenient to get from here over to the nearby shops. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We moved here from out of state recently. We've been coming to this gas station for 2 months pretty regularly. I had to stop to get some gas and both my kids wanted some snacks. I was in the middle of paying with myself facing the black cashier who claimed he was the manager and another girl employee with long trashy nails and crazy hair who was completing my purchase. One of my children apparently opened up the muffin/ donut case as I right in the middle of paying and took a bite of a muffin and put it back. The cashier girl yelled out "uh uh no! He just took a bite of that! " started changing my purchase right before my card ran through with my items and at the last second said that'll be an addition 2$ and some change for the muffin. First of all I had no idea this was going on as I was checking out facing forward with our purchases about to be heading out of the store. Second of all I've never been somewhere EVER where I was ever made to pay anything more for something like this happening. Even when one of my children had ever accidentally broke someone at a store, they don't just add it on your bill. This was extremely poor customer service in my eyes, despite what my child did. I didn't agree with him eating off of a muffin and putting it back by any means. I asked to speak to the manager. The black guy claimed he was. I asked to speak to someone higher than him. An Arab guy came out and acted like he cared at first and didn't change the fact I had to pay an extra 2$ and some change for an accident my 5 year old did. My child ended up crying walking out of the store. I am a single parent and barely had enough on my card to get what I got. I even told the Arab guy who claimed he was a manager too, what if I didn't have enough money, then what could you do. He didn't care at all. This store is trash. The want to be "managers" that claim they are managers should NOT be, the girl working the counter needs to practice her appearance and her etiquette working in customer service. First time back to this gas station in few years. I had a bad tank of gas here that caused my car a bit of trouble so - not returning after that seemed smart. Today's visit was to get gas for the pressure washer. Hopefully it won't be bad gas. The 7/11 seems clean and the property was well kept. Hopeful the gas is good. read more

Convenient and close to home. We get gas typically on our way to our destination and this one never disappoints. I've never been to the bathrooms so I can't speak for that but this station is easy to get in and out of too! read more

One of my favorite stores to go to by far! Always a good selection, always speedy service, what else could you ask for in a convenience store? I mean, it is supposed to be CONVENIENT right? They've got it DOWN PAT to say the least at this location and kuddos to the owner/manager who trained this staff!
