Enter the building, follow the signs down the hallway, and you'll find yourself in a spacious coffee shop perfect for meet ups, working, studying, etc. The skeletons are a fun touch but most importantly the coffee is fantastic.

I ordered the French toast, it's been a signature of theirs for years, and it was fabulous! I had a nice discussion with the hostess about coffee, and she mentioned about other shops and other places that she had tried that that she'd liked and we had a little discussion about a place west of here in another town that I do frequent. All this, while I was waiting for mine to come up and she was a great lady. Coffee was good, service was good, there's enough space in there seating wise,,even if it gets busy in there. Place is a little off the beaten path, but you can always find a parking spot I've been coming in this area for years due to Werk Force brewing. Always wanted to try Ten drops but never got around to it. Now here's why I subtract for a half star. They have a third-party company coming in between Wednesday and Sunday to provide pastries from nine until I think whenever the pastries are gone. That's great, except I was there on a Wednesday before 9 AM and what about Monday and Tuesday?? But I can live without that. So that is why I gave five stars cause the place is that good , just disappointed about the food situation. Other than that they are a local joint . they source their coffee from multiple places including outside of USA, and that's fine there's great coffee elsewhere in the world. and I have no other complaints about them. Yes, do patronize them!

The croissant was really delicious and very buttery soft. The cheese and the toppings were melted well and the sandwich was good. The hashbrowns were decent. The iced banana flavored I don't know if I like it or I don't. I feel like it's an acquired taste. Next time, I probably will get a Dunkin energy or refresher, I prefer those more. Service was good, bathroom was clean.

DAILY GRIND Coffee &…read moredonuts from Dunkin' will get you through the workday. Full disclosure: I am not a coffee drinker (gasp!) so don't ask me to compare Starbucks' allegedly burnt beans to Dunkin or Peets, cuz all that stuff is well outside of my wheelhouse. I DO love morning snacky-snacks, however, and for that I gotta say Dunkin has a major leg up. This Dunkin is fairly close to my office in an isolated strip mall on Weber Rd, next to Port of Peri Peri (a Nando's knockoff). Employees aren't particularly friendly, at least not in the drive thru. Sometimes I find myself waiting longer than I should for a quick order, other times it's reasonably speedy. The snackin' bacon (~8 small strips for $3.50) is great when the bacon is done right. Results on this one vary a LOT from location to location; I've gotten delicious bundles of crispy bacon that's peppery & sweet, yet I've also received undercooked, undersized, and unseasoned wads of sh*tty nonsense claiming to be bacon. Breakfast empanada ($4) was meh. I liked the flaky dough, but the rest of the scrambled eggs, sausage and cheese was forgettable. The hash brown discs ($1.75) are hit-and-miss, so the only thing I can ever truly count on is the classic strawberry frosted donut w/sprinkles. The "Homer Simpson Special" never disappoints. * TL;DR * I thought the 2024 Superbowl commercial with Ben Affleck & Matt Damon was pretty funny (better, I think, than the "Good Neigh-BAH" State Farm commercial starring Schwarzenegger). Where can I get one of those baller DunKINGS tracksuits?? There are good Dunkins, bad Dunkins, and everything in between. I'd rank this one somewhere in the lower tier mostly due to the staff's lack of warmth and inconsistent offerings. It's fine though, I'll just grab my donut and be on my merry way.

Krema is my Downtown Plainfield regular when I am out and about…read more The menu is genuinely fun. They rotate creative latte flavors like honey lavender, chocolate cherry, and lemon honey and I am always down to try whatever is new. The espresso itself is mild, which works as a base but I personally wish it had a little more backbone. The iced lavender matcha is my personal standout and I will not be taking questions. They also let you build your own combinations, and a recent banana brown sugar iced latte I dreamed up was exactly as good as it sounds. The food punches above typical coffee shop fare. The Beyond sandwich with its sweet heat chipotle aioli is a genuine win, vegan or not. The brown sugar bacon gouda is a household favorite for my family. The baked treats are decent but honestly priced a touch above what they deliver. They are the only coffee shop in the area so the pricing reflects that reality more than the competition. The space is your standard coffee shop Joanna Gaines-esque rustic, warm and comfortable. They feature local art on the walls which I love, though I wish they rotated it more frequently. Easy way to keep things fresh and support the local creative community more actively. Staff is kind, genuinely engaging, and this is a queer safe space, which matters and is always worth naming out loud.
