The muffin was ginormous, and yummy- had to split it with a friend. And I love that there was a toaster and a microwave to heat up any of your goodies! Will be back again!

Started off as pretty awkward customer service. Got a couple of drinks. All I'm going to say is do NOT order the matcha. If you get it with sweetener just know it will be way too sweet. Matcha powder quality was bad, more brown than green and tastes artificial. Espresso wasn't too bad but definitely had a burnt taste. Not the experience we thought we were going to get.

Definitely recommend.

First time as heard tons about this place. It's a very quick experience so if you aren't familiar…read morewith the menu then make sure you do not get in line. They do have a QR to scan but that's not conducive to driving/navigating the lanes. There are two lines and people standing with pads to take your order. Very quick and efficient system. You won't wait long at all. There's music pumping out and people working there are having a good time. The person taking the order was patient and friendly. You can pay when you order or cash at the pick up counter. The cashier was just as nice too. Ordered a large house blend with one pump of sugar free carmel syrup and one pump of sugar free vanilla. This is the same as a blondie but was nervous ordering that in case it was overly sweet. This has a touch of taste. Probably should have gotten two pumps of each. Rookie mistake on my part. Also ordered a cold brew with cold foam. Asked if there was sugar in the foam and was told yes so got it without sweetener. They give you maybe - seriously, like maybe a 1/4 tsp of foam on top. So, the drink is very strong without added creamer/sugar AND cold foam. Aside from the rookie errors - again our problems since never been - the coffees were just okay. Wouldn't go out of my way to get again (we took slight detour from our route). However, if one is in the area and it was convenient would for sure try again.

So many options it was hard to choose what to drink. My husband had a sugar free latte which he enjoyed. He was happy to see sugar free options. Beware of the evil woman who works at Hokie Grill. extremely rude, entitled, and unprofessional…read more Our first interaction occurred the day of the monsoon, when she kicked out a poor, helpless boy seeking refuge from the storm for no other reason except that he was a little wet. She tried to stop me too, but I was too quick and nimble, much like a fearful mouse escaping an angry lion. About a week later, tonight, my roommate and I decided to reward ourselves with Chick-fil-A after our long voyage to the Christiansburg target. Exhausted and starving, we crawled our way to Hokie Grill at approximately 8:58 p.m., as we were promised food until 10 p.m. Immediately upon entering, we noticed the wicked woman guarding the bustling line. We tried to move around her, but she stood her ground and shook her head as she opened her mouth and roared, "NO!!! WERE CLOSED!" in our faces. Plenty of students were still happily munching and checking out around us, so we were quite taken aback by her extreme profanity. We turned around to leave, but in a burst of courage, I decided to politely stand up for myself. I timidly asked if we could quickly grab one of the many hot sandwiches laying out before they were thrown away to waste. She looked me in my sad, starving, vulnerable eyes and slowly shook her head back and forth with a grimace on her face and an evil twinkle in her eye. My. jaw. dropped. I was speechless. the lack of empathy and understanding from this forceful woman, whom I knew would also probably share my love of a good meal, was astounding. Not only did she turn us away before the brand new alleged closing time of 9:00 p.m., but she was unnecessarily ill-mannered and insolent to two poor little girls. I might've let it go if this was the first time something like this had happened, but she is far from a first-time offender. Multiple peers have shared very similar stories of verbal abuse, all from this woman. I am concerned, disappointed, enraged, and downright malnourished. This is a call to action to the university, Timothy Sands, and all Virgina Tech employers to do better and stop the suffering. #justiceforhokies

Typically this DD is supper busy with 15 students waiting in line, but today there was only one other girl in front of me and 7 people working. I have been drinking coffee since I was 12 and I have worked at a friends coffee shop so I know what I am doing. Let me explain that with iced coffee you have to ask for cream specifically and iced lattes have milk in the name latte means steamed milk! At this DD I asked for an iced latte and they gave me an iced coffee with NO cream!!! I waited for some one to assist me for 2 minutes, but ALL 7 of the workers (even the manager) were talking to each other laughing... not working at ALL!!! I had to go back to the cashier who messed up my order and ask for cream and she gave me the smallest amount! Terrible customer service! I am very annoyed and will not go back here!
