Why are you reading a review for a Cumberland Farms? You friggin' weirdo. You've most likely been…read moreto one, and you've probably noticed they are all the same. If you think I'm going to say there is a secret dungeon in this one, you would be wrong. DEAD wrong....muhahahhhahahaa. But seriously, there is no dungeon. This is your typical Cumbies. It used to be the cheapest way to buy milk, with the spare change I earned as a British corner newspaper boy. Now it's the cheapest place to buy a large coffee instead. Let me get you right to the meat of what makes this place different/ the same from other Cumbies. You have your classic Cumbies coffee counter area. Depending what time of day you hit it, either it's as clean and shiny as a privileged rich baby's bottom, or as dirty as a ...poor persons...baby's bottom. You really never know what you're going to get. It depends if the staff is in a mopping mood, or a rippin' cig butts out by the dumpster mood. The staff here is great though, very kind, and quick, and will actually talk to you. The downside is there is no cell signal. And maybe most of the time this won't matter to anyone unless you're trying to use a cumbi's deal/coup that you have to open on your phone. (Yes I do the freebies all the time because I'm on their sms deal list.) Other than that they have a ...gas station. And a discount for their special members. Which I signed up for. And never received confirmation that I'm a member. Now go read a review of something interesting, like a NASA base, or a strip club.

This has to be the most friendly Cumberland Farms on the planet! Everyone here is always so nice…read morewhen you walk in. Always smiling and asking if you need help. ALWAYS say good morning. AND..the best part is the place is immaculate! They are constantly cleaning this place! Who knew a 5 star gas station!

I love this store Me and my friends always go there so fun and kenny is so great love this placeread more

**0/5 Stars** I…read morewould give this store **0 stars** if I could. My elderly mother has been a loyal customer here for over **8 years**, yet for months she has been repeatedly treated with disrespect by the person who identified himself as the manager. She was repeatedly made to wait while other customers were served, spoken to rudely, and even had lottery tickets thrown at her instead of being handed to her. She stayed quiet for months because she didn't want to cause trouble. When I went to the store to request the owner's contact information so I could report the issue, the employee identified himself as the manager, refused to provide the owner's name or phone number, and repeatedly insisted that I speak only with him. It was only after I told him I was going to contact the police that he called the owner and allowed me to speak with him. This store sells Lottery and Keno games, but based on our experience, customers appear to be discouraged from remaining in the store for more than a few minutes. There are no posted signs limiting how long customers may stay to purchase lottery tickets, watch Keno, or continue playing. If the business has a policy limiting how long customers may remain in the store, it should be clearly posted and applied fairly to everyone--not selectively enforced. As a local business, I expected them to treat all customers--especially elderly customers who have supported the store for years--with respect and dignity. Instead, my elderly mother was made to feel unwelcome and disrespected. After seeing how my elderly mother was treated after more than eight years of supporting this business, I can no longer recommend this store. There are many other convenience stores in the area that value and respect their customers, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I have frequented this Cumberland Farms since its inception more than (I believe) a decade ago…read more(don't quote me on the exact years). The location has remained a mainstay in my daily commute and it is always clean, friendly, and convenient. As far as gas station food goes it's great for a quick snack- particularly if you catch the food fresh in the morning or afternoon. My favorites are the hash browns, pizza, and chicken sandwich. There are a variety of other options too. I will say any hangup I have with Cumberland Farms comes from the (likely) corporatized decisions handed down by the new owners of the company: EG Group. Since they have taken over as the new owners of the chain, it has seen several price hikes since 2019 which would have been unlikely had the Haseotes family continued ownership. Most notably: Cumberland Farms used to be renowned for its $1 any-size make-your-own coffee. The coffee is still great and the quality has not dropped, however, it has since seen several price hikes now surpassing the $2 mark and instituting drink pricing by cup size. While $2 is around the median between the sizes, that's still a 100% price hike within a few years. It is now 200% the price of what it was a couple years back, and again, this is small numbers we're talking, but how much farther will it extend? Only time will tell. This review is more for the individual location and staff and with them I am always happy to stop by and see them. Quite fond of this location and will continue to stop here for the foreseeable future so long as the new EG Group remains reasonable in what they decide to do with the company.
