The parking situation is also iffy, but there are usually spots. As you pull up, you can see them making the fried potatoes (in my case, it was the potato sticks) through the window and a then them being packaged! I wish they had a factory tour, but c'est la vie. I entered the store and was greeted by a security guard, and the cashiers were behind bullet-proof glass. Additionally, most of the chips and products were behind the glass, although there is a fun little display of Better Made T shirts and swag. There were so many varieties of snacks so it was difficult to order, but that fact probably saved my waistline. It was also difficult to find prices for the items. There's a minimum of $5 for credit card purchases.

February 29, 2024 - "Thankful Thursday And Happy Leap Day!"…read more Review # 464 I am updating my previous review from 6/24/2017 with 5 stars again. This location is 2 miles from another CVS store that I shop at but this one is larger and has a Drive-Thru Pharmacy. In the past I also used their drive up COVID testing back in 2019 and 2020 when it was offered which was very healthy convenient! Although My Prescription care coverage has changed to Rite-Aid I shop here when in the area up and down Romeo Plank or driving on 23 Mile Rd. for Reward Receipt Coupons with Care Pass! This location sells beer, wine and liquor and has a instant lottery machine up front near the check-out. There are Two Self- Scan machines to pay for merchandise in a quick Grab & Go busy way. The staff has improved and there's always one or two employees up front to assist at check out with coupons or other needed helpfulness. Did you know CVS Has over 9,800 Stores! This location has also changed their morning hours to 8:00 AM. Photo attached of hours for 7 days a week. This CVS has a Clearance section with markdowns and sometimes in the main entrance area too. This location is across the street from St. Isidore Catholic Church on 23 Mile Rd and Romeo Plank. Enjoy My past photos from 2017 and up to date in 2024. SpecialK - Karen :-)

Being out of town visitors, we've never visited this chain, but it had a good selection of food and beverage. Our group got a latte, iced tea, and sandwich. Definitely a cool stop in (or near?) eastern market in Detroit. It's 3 floors but the one you…read moredefinitely want to check out is the first. They sell edible goods local, foreign, and basic. The problem is that everything is somewhat to grossly overpriced. The local stuff sure - for example, I paid $2.50 a piece for Bev's Bagels (decent, nothing compared to mid tier NYC bagels but better than the vast majority of what you can find in southern Michigan). But for basic (or even foreign) goods it seems ridiculous to buy here instead of a normal grocery store or one of the myriad ethnic shops around. The real star is the cheese selection. They don't have much out, but they have a multi-page list of what they have in stock and they are both knowledgeable and generous with samples. I picked up a really interesting 12-year aged cheddar and tried a few others. There are always a couple of samples out but I've found them unexciting. They have an equally impressive list of meats but I haven't had the chance to explore those. Take the original (and super cool) elevator up to the second or third floors and you can find all kinds of knick knacks from lawn ornaments to Detroit gear. I'm not sure if it was a sale or not, but the last time I was there I picked up a decent quality t shirt for a mere $10. Overall it's a cool store and definitely worth checking out, but unless you're looking for a particularly rare cheese the likelihood of finding anything worth purchasing is slim.
