Graduations are not the only thing going on! What happened to the regular balloons for happy birthday and such? I had to go to the party empty-handed because I was running late and I don't appreciate the lack of thoughts for people's birthday etc! They don't carry the two prescriptions that I need so when I was telling the owner, why are you so concerned about my other medication's? He's like because I can ask questions and also why are you getting from two pharmacies? I personally number one nobody carries these two medicines that I need except you guys and the second thing is no disrespect. It's none of nobody's where I get my medicine from. All I need is my medicine so I can feel better so he told me to hold my horses and told with the medication that you have at these other pharmacy why don't you get it from there? I told they don't carry them and they don't order them. You guys are the only ones been coming there for three years and now you're giving me trouble about medicine that I really need. And he was like you're too much medicine. I told him that's none of your business and he told me listen. I am the owner and I fill your prescriptions for you. I said you are talking about my medication's other medication's in front different people that I don't know who's in the store and that's against my and he told me no it's not. I am the owner and I know what the law is. I told OK whatever you say can you give my medication? He's like no I am not gonna fill your prescription. Go find it somewhere else to be honest he was racist. He because of my first and last name and I bet 99.999% it's because of what's going on on the other side of the world and I'm assuming he's taking his hate on somebody that needs his medicine. Listen I'm a type of person if somebody tells me hey we're out of stock for this month. Can you go look for somewhere else? I will more than gladly to go do that because it took me 10 different pharmacies until I found Apollo pharmacy in Wyandotte and they had no problems filling my prescriptions for three years and they did not ask are you taking these other and why are you getting them from another pharmacy? He's just being greedy because I didn't give all my medicine to him so he can make the money. It seems like he's hurting for money or he needs more money or he's racially profiling me because of who I am and I think that's the reason why and if you go look on people are giving him bad reviews as well too because they don't fill prescriptions or ask them about what other medicines they have and why they medicines and it's none of their these are none opioid prescriptions and also I don't take any opioids as well for him to name all my medicines in front of the crowd of his workers and customers was a violation of my HPAA law he said my name he said my date of birth he said my address and you know what I feel violated and disrespectful by this gentleman he should not own this place. Per one of the employee she stated, "the pharmacist had to pick and choose who he was going to continuing filling prescriptions for and there are several customers he will not be filling for anymore." I come the same time every month. So maybe call and double check on yours or switch to a place that has care for their patients medical needs. OR atleast will have the decency to give you a heads up.

Box is trash everywhere empty shelves open containers with medical supplies. A box of lancets open next to the single seat that you have in the place to wait for your prescription to be filled. Carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned since I was there in 1997. Peculiar odor to the place. And that's just the beginning. The heavy set white pharmacy tech has a horrible attitude. Was the first customer in there and he basically ignored me told me that my insurance wouldn't pay for anything and looked at me like I needed to get out. Refused to help me. Refuse to call the 1800 numberr on my card. Refused to do anything. Mumbled under his breath with a foul attitude. was rude to a regular customer urging her to pull off when she needed the medicine she was there to get because he didn't feel like filling it. horrible experience avoid at all cost I normally try to patronize small businesses but this is unsafe. Falling ceiling tiles over the area where medicines are compiled. And just generally filthy Overall. A pharmacy with life-saving medicine should be as clean as the hospital. I've seen bus stops cleaner than this place. Never again will I chance my life on this place. I will be contacting the health department and other authorities to investigate how and why a pharmacy can be in the deplorable condition that it is in. Something needs to be done. Authorities need to step in because this is horrible. Elderly people are using the drive-thru without knowing that the inside of the building should be condemned.
