This place is a scam I just wish I noticed sooner. I stopped to get a 2 for 3 dollar deal on the brisk drinks that I usually get and went back home then I realized I got over charged a dollar. So I go back after double checking on the 7-Eleven app to make sure the deal was still up and it was. But when I get there and explain the situation to the clerk he just says "it's the computers fault" and offers a refund instead saying he has "no idea how the deals and all that work because he just works the night shift". So I explain again that I always use the drink deals and point to the signs that are up all over the fridges promoting the deals. After that he walks over to where it said 2 for 3$ for the brisk drinks, takes it down, says the deal is no longer available and walks back to the register like it was never up to begin with. After this I realized the employee wasn't even trying to help or understand the situation anymore. He was just trying to dismiss the situation with an ultimatum of a refund or no deals on the drinks. So I got what I came for and left. All the staff are so friendly and the customer service is EXCELLENT! I always get greeted with a smile from each person working! There are always pots of fresh coffee brewed; several flavors including French Vanilla, Blueberry and Hazelnut as well as Regular Roast, Brazilian Bold (my FAVE) and Columbian dark. 7-eleven has this new app for your smartphone. It has coupons, coffee rewards, etc. This is the only store that gives me problems scanning my app/bar code. But it's always the same cashier that is there every time I go. A short, Hispanic, chubby guy that gives me attitude, patronizes you, and acts like he's right when he talks down to the customers. I have no issues with the other workers there, except him. I would have to give this 7-eleven a one star because I can't give it 0 and write a review. Anyway, that guy doesn't wear a name tag and is just the rudest, un friendliest of all the 7-eleven cashiers I've ever encountered. He must loathe his job so much that he takes it out on customers. This is by far the worst 7-eleven I have been too. They are poorly stocked and the customer service is horrible! I went in tonight and was rushed, the man working stood there and watched me make my drink and then rushed me to the checkout counter. I told him I wanted to scan my 7-eleven app on my phone because I knew I had a free drink. This is the 3rd time I have gone to this 7 eleven for Ben n Jerry's ice cream. And this is the 3rd time the ice cream has been frost bitten and /or melted and refrozen.
