I sat at the one available table and savored both items. The Biscoff latte was iced, with just enough ice to make it cold. I appreciate that they didn't overdo the ice like most coffee places. The flavor of cookie butter was vivid, sweet, and delicious. The cream top and crumbles of Biscoff added to the visual appeal. The lemon bar was slightly sweet and citrusy, with a tasty thin outer crust, the top of which was sprinkled with powdered sugar. For me, this was a perfect lemon bar in every way. If I lived anywhere near here, this would be a regular stop.

The flavor is there and it's not super sweet which I like but it also has a weird salty undertone that I'm not used to in a matcha latte. I think I need to try a matcha einspanner since their foams seem to be what makes the drinks good but I otherwise wouldn't get this matcha again. My friend's einspanner was okay. She mainly liked the cream foam but otherwise it wasn't anything special. The coffee is just straight black so it's not sweet at all until you mix the foam in.
