Throughout my visit, staff members openly complained about and spoke negatively about coworkers in front of customers. There was also an issue involving money that appeared to require guidance from a manager, but instead of contacting management or seeking clarification, the employees chose to ignore the situation. As someone who worked in retail and customer service for several years, I understand that busy days and workplace frustrations happen.
