I don't know why the reviews are so low but I had a good experience here at Dunkin this morning. I only ordered an iced coffee with almond milk so perhaps my experience is limited since I didn't get any food, but my coffee is good and the service was VERY fast! I don't have the budget for daily coffee runs here before work and the calories in their donuts are way too high for me to get except on rare occasions, but for now, I'll continue to visit this Dunkin. read more

The workers are always trying to rush people through the drive thru and in general just seem to have bad attitudes and customer service. I never know if I'm gonna get my drink made right whenever I come here. Ive worked in fast food so I get it, you wanna be fast. But how hard is it to take the extra second to make sure you made a drink right? There's a few good workers there but the majority of them could care less. I used to love coming here before work every morning, but I think I'll switch to Starbucks from now on. At least their coffee comes out right and they're polite about it. 3/10. read more

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered through the Dunkin' app for pickup thru their drive-thru. I ordered a Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, which has toasted sourdough bread, 2 "fried" eggs, bacon, and white cheddar. The eggs on the sandwich were freezing cold. No exaggeration. Ice cold! So I immediately went back to Dunkin' and let them know that my eggs were cold. I had no idea that they didn't cook the eggs to order on premises! The employee told me that they are frozen and they have to let them thaw out. It's sad when even McDonalds can fry you up a few eggs to order, but Dunkin' cannot! It literally takes 2 minutes from start to finish to fry eggs. Honestly, we as Americans really need to start thinking about the food products we consume. Old, frozen, pre-cooked eggs that travel by big rig from godknowswhere to our local Dunkin'. Were they properly stored the entire time? Did they thaw and then refreeze? If so, how many times did they thaw and refreeze? We'll never know. They were obviously "fried" in a factory, so were fillers or preservatives added to ensure profitability? Again, we'll never know. And that's the scary part! Anyway, after telling me that there's no way he could fix/replace my disgusting sandwich, the employee then informed me that because I ordered through the app, he was also unable to refund me. I could, however, call corporate and get a refund. But, alas, he didn't have the phone number. I decided to embrace my inner-Karen and call corporate customer service (after researching the number). I had no idea their corporate offices were in Bangladesh! So it isn't just America that runs on Dunkin', apparently Bangladesh does, as well! (I know where she was located because I asked). I will receive my refund within 14 business days. It's funny how your credit/debit card can be instantly charged, but it takes forever to get a refund. It takes just about enough time to forget that you were even supposed to get a refund. Funny that. Without a shadow of a doubt, they could fry up a couple eggs fresh for their customers, but that wouldn't be in their best profitable interests to do so. In conclusion, if you like their coffee and you like paying more than is actually reasonable for it, I'm not going to judge you. And I won't use processed crappy cheese either. It'll taste way better. And if you don't like my sammich, I'll give you a refund right away. read more

Absolute worst Dunkin in the area. They are constantly out of items. Always short staffed. If you order on the app and they don't have an item you won't know until you get to the store for pickup and they have no way to refund your money. Avoid this store if possible. read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Service is horrible and the coffee quality is only good about 5% of the time. It usually tastes like water. I routinely drive to the DD on Shuffle Ave as they are vastly superior. read more

I understand staffing issues due to the pandemic however this was just plain awful. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and an iced coffee. Sounds simple right? The sourdough wasn't even toasted, cheese was still cold and nowhere near melted and the veggie egg white just crumbled into pieces. The second sandwich was decent on their croissant although they forgot to put any cheese at all on it. Coffee had not flavoring (vanilla) as ordered. No one came over the speaker for me to place an order. After waiting in line for 15 minutes to get to the window and was told I had to go back to the line to do the order again. Zack was the one that helped me completely unprofessional and rude. Will never come to this Dunkin' again read more

This Dunkin' has very good customer service and got all our food and drinks out quickly even through a drive through rush. It's just very unclean on the inside. There are crumbs and food all over the ground, booths, tables and toilet paper on the ground in the bathroom. Other than that the employees are very nice and good at their jobs! read more

I called the Green location 10 times to place an order of donuts and never once was the phone answered. I understand that that they may be busy, but this was 7:30 on a Thursday night. I actually live only a few blocks from here, but I go out of my way every morning to go to a different location because this one is so awful. I used to come every morning and literally order the same thing, large iced tea with 5 splenda and a bagel with veggie cream cheese. Not hard right? Literally FOUR times in a row my order was wrong. Saw the commercial for the avocado toast, was really excited to try one. Don't eat at Dunkin' but we were out Saturday morning and decided to stop in. We like going inside to order and had to wait 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter. I guess I should have known better, but the avocado toast didn't come with the tomatoes. Would have been nice for the cashier to at least offer them. standing waiting for our order, food is being set out, had no idea if it was ours. Finally started going through the bags, and then we were told ours was coming up! Nope, it was sitting there getting cold! I am a regular at this dunkin', but was very disappointed after my visit today. I waited in line for a very long time just to be handed my bag with a sandwich that was handed to the previous car on accident then handed to me. There was trash in my bag and the sandwich that I asked to have without egg had egg on it. The staff seemed cold and confused. read more

Overall I like this location, but when they are bad, they're bad. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've left there without ordering anything because of slow service. Mornings and early afternoons are good. All my troubles came in the evening. Especially frustrating tonight when that was what I was craving and needed to stay up to work late Again, had to leave coffee-less. Several cars in drive through and handful of people inside. I do not know if it is the "covid" thing or what, but went to the Coventry store to purchase and were told we are out of everything we wanted to order so we left, instead of driving to the Green store I call to see if they have anything left, they said yes. Went there and all they had were a few Boston cream sticks, two chocolate and about 25 mix of blueberry and cinnamon munchkins. I bought them, but that was ridiculous, they need to find a way to make sure there is more than enough available for purchase until the Baker comes in a midnight. read more

Me and my sister get coffee from here every morning, literally every single morning, and sometimes (rarely) we get coffee so good that it gives the day reason to be lived but mostly, it sucks, like gag worthy. I don't know if they just don't know how to make coffee and there's only one person that does, I think her name is Sabrina she's amazing and always gives the best or what but would not recommend. read more

I stopped in for a mid morning coffee after running an errand. The worker that took our order was courteous and friendly. Ordered quickly and service was just as quick. My wife ordered a medium, they made a large by accident and gave it to her upgraded for free- because it was their mistake- they apologized and told us to have a good day. It's almost like this location never has a manager around. At slow times, employees have ADD. At busy (or just slightly busy) times, they're in a panic. Either way, plan to give yourself a few extra minutes if you're going to get coffee at this location. read more

This location is very close to my house. I go maybe a couple times a month sometimes it can be pretty slow if I go through the drive thru but when I go inside I always have great service always get what I want fast. Today I went in and saw many smiling faces and got my order super quick. In conclusion I really like this place and have no doubt I will be back! read more

Great location- I typically need a really big order very early for a once per month meeting and they are always accommodating, friendly and helpful. This isn't even the closest location to me but the one near my house is horrible (off Broad exit in Cuyahoga Falls) so I come here instead! read more
