Had a very bad tire issue with newly purchased used car. I googled nearest tire centers and found this awesome place! Not only do they do tires they have a full auto center! The staff here is top quality amazing! They not only explain what's going on they let you go out and see the problem and they don't rush into fixing it until you make your final decision. The main thing that impressed me is they didn't pitch unnecessary work to me. Parts and labor are very reasonable and affordable. Not only that I would be happy to pick up the building and find a way to transfer it to California because they would make bank in Los Angeles! Thank you guys for doing such a great job! I am very upset with this company. I brought my car in for new tires that I had already ordered. It…read moretook me a couple of weeks to get them installed due to a family emergency. When I finally came in, the tech told me I needed new lug studs, and then told me they would cost $380. Here's the problem: lug studs for my car cost about $3-5 each. I could have walked down the street and bought them myself, but the tech claimed I needed "special studs" because of my wheels. That's simply not true, a quick search shows my wheels use standard studs. To make it worse, they ordered the studs without asking me first. If they had asked, I would never have agreed to pay $30+ per stud. When I got home and reviewed the invoice, it was even more concerning. Instead of listing "lug studs," they billed me for a "brake adjuster kit" something completely different from what was actually replaced. My brakes weren't touched, so why does my invoice say that? This feels like a clear case of misrepresentation. I was effectively charged 10× the fair market price for parts, plus given an inaccurate invoice. When I questioned it, I was not allowed to provide my own studs at a fair price. I will not be returning to this shop and I am seriously considering disputing this charge with my bank. If you don't want to be upcharged for basic services or billed incorrectly, I recommend avoiding this place.

I activated my roadside assistance through my insurance which was a headache to say the least. The first company they dispatched did not pick up my car, after 2 hours of waiting they said "they couldn't find the car" and cancelled the request. After jumping through several phone calls and frustrations with my insurance, Kinneys Towing was dispatched. I called right away to explain where my car was, and that I'm unfamiliar with the area but I did have a pin dropped. The dispatcher was so kind and understanding in helping to locate the correct area. As soon as I hung up, Tim the tow driver called me. He also listened as I tried to best explain where was my car was in an unfamiliar area. He called me once we located my car, once it was loaded and again when he had secured the car in their lot for the night, sending a picture along as well! After the scare of getting in an accident, being away from home and the headache of AI bots through my insurance, a thank you to Tim and Kinneys isn't big enough! Their kindness and update truly gave me piece of mind! I hope I never need a tow in the Akron/canton area again, but if I do, I will call Kinneys directly! I am so appreciative for their service!!

Those people, of course, would be wrong. But if you are looking for a clean, friendly, fully stocked place to eat and get gas, this is a great choice. Their sandwiches are pretty good, as is their selection of beverages and other snacks. I didn't eat here on this visit, I just got a fountain beverage and got gas. I toil rigorously each day for every dollar I have, and I really enjoy earning food and fuel perks while spending my hard earned money. Thanks GetGo for being there when need you!

I was disappointed with the service I didn't receive for my vehicle…read more I asked for new wipers which wasn't done. Also, they told me that the service overdue indicator would reset but didn't. Two minor issues, yes, but I have had been in the hospital, was still recovering, so it was a lot for me. When I called to make the appointment for service, I advised the service department that I had a warranty covering the two damaged tires. It wasn't noted, unbeknownst to me, so when they were updating me on the length of time before completion, and cost, I realized they were charging me for the tires. I told them about the warranty and was told I should have said something about when I dropped it off. They put the blame on me, which I will take part of it, but they should be talking to service for not making note of it. I just won't be back for service.
