They ended up giving us only a tiny bit of our items we had a lot of things and we didn't get all that ordered a certain amount of stuff and those certain amounts was because of the fact that we haven't ate What we ordered was JJ's banana cream pie popping macarons a dirt parfet which was supposed to be two of them chocolate chip cookie dough bites not the ones from the edible cookie something bugs red cream soda prime energy ice pop monster Java Irish cream monster Java French vanilla almond Joy two of those curly fry boneless bites milkshake which was the cookies and cream mojo sushi and Ben & Jerry's pint half baked we only got Wonder parfet two edible cookie something bites the curly fries both monster drinks both almonds both of the banana cream pies and one dirt parfait along with the barbs red cream soda and that was about it we did not get the rest of the items If the establishment does see this post you guys do realize that that's uncalled for you can at least give us a refund for all the stuff that you guys did not give up we paid a lot of money just to get a certain amount of food so we can be able to hold over until we go and get dinner since you hadn't ate today we just woke up it is very disappointing that my first time ever applying that this establishment that I ended up having to sit here upset not able to eat the rest of the food items that me and my roommate has gone it is very disappointing because now I have to sit here and watch him drink his items and eat the food that he ordered why I only had a certain amount of items that I wanted and I didn't even get my drink at all I will give this a five-star rating because of the food actually tasted good but then again you guys need to step up your games if you see a certain amount of items on the list of somebody trying to get them from door Dad please do not go and try to give us only a tiny bit of the order you needed to give the rest of the order as well so this would be the best option to give us a refund about all the other items that you did not give us Sincerely- a disappointed customer read more

This place is literally the worst. Employees clearly not educated and not helpful. Three times I was to get money off my purchase and they scan my app/ card and I don't get it. They complete the transaction then say oh sorry nothing I can do since transaction done. What a totally worthless group of people! I hate this store so much. Go to speedway people! I will go to hartville or cuyahoga falls from now on. At least they show some intelligents. This is about Sheetz in general. They're all over PA/OH/WV, and they could take over the world if they ever expand. Yep that good. States evidence: they literally keep me alive on trips back east, to wit: Top quality, made to order sandwiches, great selection, not your greasy mystery meat typical convenience store stuff. Check. Rockin', near -barista like coffee bar. Check. SMOOTHIES!!! Check. All your typical c store stuff, but lots of it and at good prices. Check. Good quality gas. Check Big stores, well lit & very clean. Check. Friendly staff that acts like they're glad you're there (not your typical loser types). Check. Recently flew into Akron for the 1st time, and was half-starving when I left the airport. Normally, if you have to eat lunch at a gas station, it will not be a good experience. I was in such a quandry the other day. I was on a cell phone call when I passed the usual lunch places, missed a turn, and realized that Sheetz was my only chance to grab something to eat. They amazed me. I used the touch screen to order a meatball sandwich. Hold the cheese, add oregano. You get a little receipt, take it to the cash register to pay, and by the time you've paid, the sandwich is ready. This was an amazing toasted sandwich. Unlike those pre-made sandwiches that you get at most gas station convenience stores, this one is better than what you would get at Subway, except this one was only $1.99. read more

This Sheetz is one of the great ones. They have a dining area to enjoy their food. The grocery area is a bit smaller, but anytime a Sheetz has indoor seating for eating it automatically gets 5 stars from me. Car wash, too. No food drive through. read more

Some of the worst food I've ever had.I came here at 12:50 AM and the smoothie tasted like nothing but yogurt ,the hot dog was soggy,the fries were burnt ,and it took about 20 minutes for someone to help me at the counter when they were dead and acknowledged that I was standing there. Love sheetz, very clean, food is excellent. Lots of choices for a gas station, I love to get the 4 foot subs for only $4.50. Add the salsa and yum, subway is good but not as cheap.
