Like this GetGo location! It's good to stop here to fill the tank and get a quick snack or self-serve beverage. What I really like is that one can get fresh fruit for a snack. Yes, they have your typical convenience store snacks, but it's good to have the fresh fruit offerings too. There's plenty of parking at this location too. The staff was friendly and working hard. Buffalo NY is really lacking in good quality gas station cuisine. This becomes extremely apparent when as a Buffalonian you are visiting the Cleveland vicinity, and come across the GetGo. We stayed in a hotel next door to this GetGo location, and after coming back from an evening Cavs game, were hoping to find some late-night drive-thru or takeout eats. The only thing open near our hotel was the GetGo. We pulled up, expecting a typical convenience store, and thinking we'd grab whatever ready-made sandwiches and snacks they hopefully had available. But NOPE--the GetGo has a full menu of made-to-order food! The menu is accessible via kiosks near the pick-up counter. You order, print your ticket, pay at the register, and your food is ready at the counter shortly thereafter. We easily grabbed our late-night eats, and loved them so much, we came back the next day for lunch! The GetGo menu has a good variety of fresh subs, wraps, burgers, hot dogs, salads, fries, and other sides to choose from. Everything can be customized to your liking. AND--there are several vegetarian and VEGAN options! They have a plant-based menu with both vegan burgers and vegan chicken! Our daughter is a vegan, so this was a great surprise. She really enjoyed the vegan chicken nugget wrap! I am a vegetarian, and love a good cheese sub, and this one did not disappoint. They have both guacamole and fresh mozzarella add-ons to really put together a delicious cheese sub. I added waffle fries to the side, and was lucky to get a couple because my kids woofed them down. Our son loved his pepperoni personal pizza and fries. And my husband had a delicious seasonal sub, The Pilgrim, which was hot sliced turkey on a toasted roll with gravy, cranberry sauce, and melted cheese. You can even add tots right on the sub to it to give it a "mashed potatoes" dimension, too! We ate in on Saturday, as this GetGo location has a handy seating area that had four or five tables. There are all of the convenience store beverages you'd expect to find: a soda fountain, a coffee bar with more than a half-dozen blends on tap, plus that many cappuccinos too, cold beverage cases with bountiful sodas and beers--AND LIQUOR! In NYS, convenience stores aren't allowed to carry liquor. So it was interesting to see it available in a gas station context. We picked up a few nightcap beverages to enjoy back at the hotel. Oh, and yes, this GetGo has gas too. The gas pumps next to the building were in a long straight line, and very easy-in-and-out from the traffic light. We topped off and grabbed a few final snacks (they carry fresh Krispy Kreme donuts too!) before heading back to the 716 on Sunday. It was a teary-eyed goodbye to the GetGo by our whole family because we all LOVED the GetGo! The prepared foods were EXCELLENT, the snack and beverage options were abundant, the seating area was convenient, and the staff was all very friendly. We may take another weekend roadtrip to Ohio just to dine again at the GetGo, a big WIN for our fam'! :-D read more

Horrible staff. They screwed up our drinks we ordered, on top of taking forever. Then when we prepaid for gas something went wrong on their end and they were nothing but attitude. On the up side, one of the cleaner stops on our trip. read more

Thank you Get Go for costing me $20+ on the wrong brand of cigarettes that was placed in a bag without showing them to me. According to some dumb law in the state of Ohio, I can't have them exchanged for the right ones. I should have thrown the money right out the window. I really appreciate your workers diligence.
