Retail beans have a stellar variety for roast level and bean origin-- everything I've tried has a unique flavor profile and is roasted to compliment each bean for what it is. Most recent bean I took home was a light roast Colombia Juan Puerta mango co-ferment, and it was perfect for a Chemex pour over. Dude behind the counter helped me choose a good bean that day to fit what I was craving, and helped me learn more about the what a co-ferment bean was.

At that point, I should've known better. Got home and, shocker, it was worse. The food was burnt beyond saving, and the hot chocolate? Made with water instead of milk. Who does that? That's not hot chocolate -- that's sad brown water. There is zero heart, zero pride, and zero accountability here. Everything about this place screams laziness and incompetence. Slow service, incorrect orders, trash food -- the full trifecta. And before anyone says "bad day," no. This is not the first time I've had a piss-poor experience here. It's just the final straw.
