The coffee was weak, and one family member ordered one of the specialty coffees and really didn't like it. We simply asked if we could swap it for a different coffee, but instead of trying to accommodate us, we were given a hard time about it. For a family that had just ordered eight coffees, I thought that was unnecessary and poor customer service. On top of that, the muffin we ordered was frozen. I know places can have an off day, but between the weak coffee, frozen muffin, and the way our simple request was handled, this was not the experience we expected. Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars.

A simple breakfast/lunch menu and some unusual but delicious sweet treats. They have an array of gifty retail items and tea and coffee you can buy to go as well. I hit it just before the Sunday crowd and got a great high top table facing outside with nice sunlight coming through. I got the Americano with a oat milk float on top and a scrumptious morning bun. I highly suggest this pastry, sugary, buttery , flaky without being too sweet . A bit messy but oh so good. Didn't plan on eating it all but oh well I did. Get it warmed up. Coffee was nice and strong. With the perfect amount of foam. Super clean and well run , a little hidden away from most retail and restaurants. Sat here eating and reading for a bit. Perfect Sunday morning.

We walked over and we were so glad we did! By PB&J Iced Latte was so good! The cold foam on top was so yummy and the drink really did taste like a PB&J. The Iced Chai was also delish! It was spicy and not overly sweet. We stopped by before we left town the next day - for one more PB&J Latte, another Chai as well as the Blackberry Lemonade and a few baked treats for the road. The Blackberry Lemonade was a fun drink - icey and refreshing! (It was pretty sweet, but also tart - really good) The staff were SO welcoming (especially the sweetest baby ever at the register ) Everyone behind the counter was smiling and actively working which is why our drinks were ready fairly quickly both days despite the crowd. The shop had fun little gifts and stickers which tempted us while we waited. We were happy to see so many Gluten Free treat options - they were all individually wrapped which made them even safer for our son with celiac. This is a great place - we will definitely stop in next time we are in the area!

We ended up just ordering coffee, and although the line moved pretty quickly, it took quite awhile to get our drinks, and one came out way later than the other. We sat in chair in the back and it was pretty comfortable. On a quieter day, I think you could sit and check emails here or chat with a friend. We had hoped to order food as well, but they were out of a lot of items and warned that egg bites would take 15+ mins to make, so we passed on that. Overall, I'd give it another chance, as the coffee was enjoyable. Felt like they were caught a little off guard that day.

The cashier asked if we wanted the cinnamon roll heated since it refrigerated. We said yes and it comes out slightly warm (could have been a bit longer) and cut in half for us to share (nice touch). Our biscuits arrive. The portions are smaller but good. The biscuit was a tad dry. More people have come in and we're almost done. The matcha is nowhere in sight. I go up to the cashier who is overwhelmed at this point with the influx of people who arrived. After a bit of waiting, I asked about the matcha and she apologized as they are short staffed. Hubs still wanted it even though we finished our meal. It comes out finally and it's not really hot and is just sugar. No taste of matcha. I go back up to the counter and wait again. I reiterated we asked for no sweetener and got a response that no sugar was added. I said we are used to matcha powder and milk and she pulls up Tazo carton and as and said that's their matcha. Yikes! I informed her we were not going to drink it. She apologized but offered nothing to substitute or refund. Unfortunate experience.
